Taylor Home Improvement did an awesome job on repairing our hallway and ceiling after we encountered a water leak. Austin and his team were attentive to our needs, including a “time crunch” due to having out of town visitors and needing to get our place up to speed. Austin and his team were also very polite, respectful of property and left everything clean at the end of the day. We plan to use Taylor Home for future home projects and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting or home repair!

Taylor Home ImprovementRandy Fuller, in sales, Nick and Corrine in office, and Crystian and his roofing crew are awesome. I had a roofing repair, other companies (Bone Dry and elevated exteriors) wanted to sell me a whole roof, not necessary and not approved by insurance company. Both companies walked away from the repair leaving me to start all over looking for someone to do the repair.Taylor Home improvement is a one stop shop they do it all, I highly recommend them for any type of repairs that has to do with your home. No job is to small for them! They went out of their way to make everything perfect, happy homeowner!

Very Unprofessional company. Poor communication amongst their workers and subcontractors. I have a home project half way finished and they cannot find someone to complete it. Let allow they misquoted in their contract and then asked me to pay for their mistake.I saved myself when they let their one contractor go that was about to do a 50-60K commercial project that they couldn't delivery on, however wasted weeks of my time trying to get the runaround for quotes on the project.Defn would not recommend this company at all. The subcontractor that did the Carpentry however was phenomenal and I would recommend him as he is a true carpenter.

Taylor Home Improvement (THI) did a masterful job in installing a new roof on my house. Roof leaks prior to travel in winter conditions resulted in an emergency need. THI responded in a caring, timely, and professional manner. On a December morning with acceptable weather conditions, the work crew arrived at 7:00 AM in darkness and immediately draped protective covers around the house perimeter. By wearing headlamps, removal of the old roof proceeded. The work continued in an organized and efficient manner with each worker fulfilling his assigned task as if the whole effort was choreographed. The roof and superb cleanup pwas finished at 3:30 in the afternoon!!I highly recommend THI for their careful, clean, professional work.

They quoted an outrageous price and when I questioned it, it became clear I was being price gauged not only for this portion of the project, but the other parts as well.

We are extremely happy with the service and quality of work delivered by THI during our recent residing project. We worked with Randy who was thorough in his itemized estimate of the work, honest (but not trying to use scare tactics) about potential issues behind the 30-year Cedar siding, and not at all pushy. The installation crew worked hard and with respect of our home, answering all questions along the way. The new Hardie plank siding looks great and definitely gave our house a needed update. THI was a top-notch contractor to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Last summer I had my house power washed and painted. They did a good job for a reasonable price.This morning Randy Fuller came out to look at my roof to see if I had any wind damage. He saw a couple of things that will need attention, but suggested that I wait until I need more work done. He also gave me some ideas based on issues he has experienced in my neighborhood. No pressure, no upsell; just good information.I would not hesitate to use Taylor Home Improvement for future home improvement projects.
