March 31st of this year we had a hail storm. The Gean Roofing crew helped me through the insurance process, which is not always easy. I originally figured that we would just get the shingles replaced and we wouldn’t have to worry about a roof for some time to come. I am here to tell that the final product is outstanding! I never thought that a roof product would actually “stand out”. This one definitely looks amazing and we are more than satisfied with how it turned out. We highly recommend the Gean Roofing crew!

Jason Gean knew exactly what documents and codes the insurance company needed for roofing estimates. He found an adjuster error that was not to Indiana’s code and work with insurance company to correct. His team, lead by a Project Manager, were timely, worked diligently to remove the old roof, inspected and made any necessary repairs before applying shingles, and installed a quality roof and gutters. I don't have enough good things to say about this company. Jason stayed in contact throughout the project and answered any questions we had. He was upfront, honest, and provided a quality service. There was no issues with the project once finished and everything was cleaned up when completed. If you are considering a trustworthy contractor this is the company and these are the kind of people you want working on your home or business. On any future projects we will not hesitate to use them again. The no pressure honest approach as well as the availability with responses to any questions or needs is unmatched with any contractor we've ever used.

Recommendation for Gean RoofingThe work by Gean Roofing stands out – the project was performed on time and within the budget.The team re shingled the roof of our 26 year old home and we are pleased with the experience.We have lived 9 years in our home. During that time we had minor issues with the roof. So when we set out to consider new shingles for the house there was nothing to be fixed and no pressure.Therefore we were fortunate to approach this project knowing that it needed to be done at some point in time, yet not immediately required.Anticipating that the savings account dedicated for home expenses would not cover the cost we established a home equity line of credit. Financing was secured in spring of 2020.One key step was to simply ask two of our neighbors for referrals. In fall of 2021, we solicited proposals from 4 different companies. One local builder - general contractor, two locally owned roofing companies and one large regional specialist.We contacted Gean roofing, met with Rod Anderson a couple of times and a brief introduction to Jason Gean. Comparing the numbers in the 4 different proposals was easy. Gean was neither on top or bottom of the quotes.We selected Gean roofing based on our impression of their sincerity, dependability and competence to perform the work. We found out we were in need of a new roof. The 1st contractor we met with, sounded good and was very knowledgeable. Our roof still had some years left on the warranty and we felt like he was the guy we’d go with. We talked price and he said he’d have a quote within the week we never got anything. we needed pictures sent to Owens Corning he scheduled a time and never showed up or returned phone calls.Thankfully our next quote was from geans roofing. Jason came did a thorough inspection. Jason contacted Owens for us and has been a great help in dealing with them. Geans work crew was timely and has great workmanship. They installed 3 new skylights, roof vents and the roof. There clean up was amazing. The last day they did a great job of picking up and we were totally surprised when they showed up the following day for another nail walk through.We are so pleased with this company. We just had Jason from Gean Roofing come evaluate our roofing issue. We have not had work done by them. In terms of his inpspection, he was on time and very generous with his expertise. Even though the news wasn't great there was no drama, no pressure like we've had with other contractors in the past to commit to a fix today. Jason gave us options based on what he himself would do and was empathetic to the situation. Our experience with them matched other reviews we read about Gean Roofing. We'd definitely consider going back to Gean Roofing to have work done. It certainly cannot hurt to have them come give your roof an inspection.

Gean Roofing was hired to take care of my employer's two-story corporate office building roof, along with the roof over our showroom. Everything had to be removed on both buildings, and new decking installed over showroom. The showroom roof was particularly challenging - it had been leaking for over 20 years and no repair worked. Jason proposed a different product over the problem area (not a visible area). There are three different buildings joining this one section which is not ideal. The Gean Roofing crew handled it all, quickly and efficiently. It was a huge job. The service, communication, and clean-up was phenomenal! Five or six large containers of old material were hauled off, and they spent extra time to make sure nothing was left behind. Job well done!!

My mom contracted Gean roofing in April to replace the roof over part of her house. It took longer than anticipated for the job to get started and the delays were not well communicated early on. I put a call in to Jason and requested that he improve the communication. Communication was great after that, including pictures of the progress. My mom was very pleased with the work that was done and the crew that did it. The crew cleaned up and left things better than they found them.I highly recommend this company!!

When it came time to replace the roof at our business we chose Gean Roofing. Jason Gean told us they could have the job done in 2 to 3 days which was important to us. Jason was thorough in his explanation of the work needed and the costs. Kurtis was in charge on the job site and kept us informed along the way of any surprises encountered after removing several layers of shingles. Our five star rating for Gean Roofing is based on the professionalism of the sales approach, which consisted of a review of available options and an honest acceptance of what we could afford. The scheduling process was easy and efficient prior to the installation. The installers were very hard working individuals, who arrived on time, and completed their work in a timely manner. A supervisor was on site during the installation to coordinate the work flow and answer any questions that might occur during the process. This was a major factor in our selection of this company. The "cleanup" was thorough and was reviewed by a second supervisor, along with a "checklist" of the completed work. Gean Roofing may not be the least expensive, but they definitely give you value for your money. They have a definite system in place designed to achieve customer satisfaction. Hire them! They deserve your business!

Gean Roofing did an exceptional job on our new roof. After our intial consultation, we were put on the schedule within a week. When the team started working they did the entire roof (tear off included) in only one day. It was so nice not having to live in a construction zone for a long period of time. My wife and I took Jason’s recommendation as far as color for the roof and we couldn’t be happier. Gean Roofing will not be the cheapest quote you receive but I can assure you, you’ll be very happy with the work they do. The lifetime worksmanship warranty helped our decision process!

Just had a new roof put on by Gean. Had a great experience from the beginning to end. Jeremy came out for our estimate and was down to earth, straight forward, and he never pressured us. The crew showed up when they said they would and even had the roof completed before the estimated completion date. Gean Roofing took care of me once again!With the cold weather coming quickly, I needed some repairs done in a timely fashion and they were at my house in less than 48 hours and all of the work is done, and then some. It feels good to not have to worry about the roof for winter and windy season. You can really count on Gean Roofing to help you decide if you just need repairs done or if it's time to look at a bigger project and a full roof---and I would only use Gean Roofing for anything we did.
