We have used EER three times in the last two months - first for a roof inspection prior to purchasing a building, then to make minor repairs, and then for a major project to remove a Mansard roof and reclad portions of the building's exterior with metal roofing. The job was done on time, on budget and with high quality craftmanship. Dennis is a great communicator and worked with us to solve the problems that inevitably come up on a job this size.
