Can I give less than 1 star? I went with them because of the good reviews. These guys aren’t professional. Poor communication, poor craftsmanship, not for the customer at all. My first impression of them was okay. Estimator seemed to have had a long day so I gave him a pass and we looked at the situation. I had a gutter above my front door that kept leaking. They suggested a larger gutter to collect the rain better. 1. It’s installed without communication when they would be there. When I asked when it would happen, the response was “it’s on the schedule”. Useless. I notice later that I still have a leak, call in, leave voicemails, no call backs or responses. 2. Finally get ahold of Trevor, who looks at the gutter this last spring ‘23. Comes to fix it, again no timeline or notice of when they’ll be out. I come home to see that it is still leaking in the same seam. Email them again, they respond quickly, and come out. Same crew. Now understand, this is a 3’ section that was replaced. There’s not a lot of money in this and it’s not profitable to come out a second time. Well, they came out 4 times. Same young crew, no supervision or guidance from a more seasoned installer to guide them. I get it, it’s wet and colder out this spring but, 4 times. 1. Scratched the gutter up and still leaking. 2. Sheared guard off and replaced where someone could slice their finger open and still leaking. 3. Still leaking, metal shards and caulk in flower beds and sidewalk. 4. Fix leak. 5. Emailed Travis with my frustrations, he responds that he will fix it. This was 4/7/23. I have not heard or seen him here to fix it. I have a ring doorbell so I know when they are here. Guess what… it’s 8/14 and still leaking. Frustrated customer.

I just had the Gutter guys clean out my gutters for the first time, but will for sure call again! Quick, efficient, and two very very nice guys:) Why did I ever try to do this myself before? I highly recommend Gutter Guys!

Gutter Guys installed our gutters and recently replaced a section of gutter that was damaged in a storm. They were quick to respond, professional, and did a great job! I would highly recommend Gutter Guys to anyone!

Update: Apparently someone called me back, but didn't leave a message, so I thought it was another spam call. I've made contact again, and I'm hoping things will go more smoothly.[Called for a quote 2 weeks ago, gave my name, address and email, but never heard back from them. Still waiting on that quote.]
