While it did take longer than sides expected...we finally have our 65 square standing steel roof and snow guard installation completed.In the valleys, there were so many angles to cut...along with the the different angles for the roof caps. Every piece installed was individually cut to fit. Hatzell Bros. our roofer along with our contractor Delaney Construction worked well together to schedule the separate work that needed to be done to complete the installation.The professionals performing the installation were detailed in their work and very willing to answer our inquiries.We are very happy with the final outcome of the product and the price of the investment we made in our home.Service: Roof installation

They came out and measured our house roof up (said they measured about 4 houses before mine that day). I directly asked if I needed to verify dimensions before ordering. They said no and told me they backed their measurements. Then, when it turned out they were multiple sheets of steel short, they made me pay for them (not to mention delay finishing the job and I had to run back over there to pick up the rest of the metal). They gave me "half price" on the final sheets, but obviously I was still down money in the end from the down time, delayed finish, driving, fuel, etc. They were the cheapest quote and were friendly enough, so I'd consider them again (measuring things myself this time), but I don't know if the quote was cheaper because they shorted me or not.

Home improvement fraud. We were taken advantage of. Their work crew are mostly people in and out of jail, smoked pot on our property (while on the job for our house), didn't even do the job right. Then, they said they'd be back to "fix" what they should've already done, guess what, no call no show. Left numerous messages and the owner says, "Yeaaaah man. I'll be right back, just let me go get my boys and we'll take care of that for you". Pshhh, what a waste of business that could be using their building. Lying, unprofessional, lazy, con artists. Call me disgruntled, but whatever. They've done this to a few people around. I'm just the one brave enough to say it. Will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

Great metal at a great price . Customer service is top notch. Its sunday of memorial day weekend, I tore a roof off didnt realize I was running low on screws . DUSTIN came and grabbed me two bag . Top notch thanks guys
