Will never use this company! Went over details on Initial visit and told them I needed work done asap and they said 6 weeks. I waited almost a week for the written estimate which came in $3000 more and then because he didn't get the estimate to me for a week I was going to have to wait an additional 2 months. Very unprofessional!

So Far So Good....I contacted AmeriScapes for a small residential project, installing an in-ground trampoline for my kids. It's so hard to find excavation companies to take on such little projects. However, I was very happy to learn that my project was just as important to them as it was to me. Kyle is the consummate professional and worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us to come and give me an estimate. He was very respectable and professional and explained all the options for the project right then and there. He asked clarifying questions which told me he wanted to do it right and the exact way I needed it/wanted it done. Likewise, he took my concerns about a nearby fence seriously and assured me of the work that would be done. He was even able to give me a ballpark right on the spot seeing as I had no idea how much this kind of thing would cost. He assured me of all they offered including ultra-precise work, etc. Being that this was my first time taking on a project like this, I had a lot of questions and minor changes in the project after he left. He never took more than a couple hours to get back to me over the dozen or so times I emailed him. True customer service at it's best! I'm really looking forward to the follow-through with the project. More to come on that piece.....

The company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Everything start great Kyle arrived shortly after I called and was eager to give me an estimate. The next day he sent a contract and we were ready to go. That was May 7,2018. The job would only take a few days he said and they could start within the week. That was the beginning of the lies from Kyle. It wasn't until a week later that someone came and started the job. They may have spent half a day excavating the patio. After that no one has returned. Kyle continued to make up dates that they would finish but no one showed up. I finally told Kyle I was done. I asked that they bill me for digging the hole and come get their tools. That was June 14, 2018. I have heard nothing since. What a disaster.

Kyle has very poor communication skills and is dishonest. I would urge you not to waste your time and hard earned money with this company.

A total disaster. Kyle showed up alone with minimal knowledge of concrete step construction and the work showed. Did not build what we asked, finished steps were uneven with humps, dips, bottom step sticking out past retaining wall over a city sidewalk, and a 3 inch step at the top. I would never recommend this contractor for a concrete job.
