Outstanding experience! Every significant rain brought with it a leak in the kitchen; I was unable to pinpoint the source. I called Sherriff Goslin. Dallas came out and armed with a hose, spent considerable time tracking it down, it had become "personal" to him. He even stated the roof was in too good of shape to warrant replacement.I found this company focused on solving the problem without upselling pressure. I strongly recommend them. Thankfully, I can once again appreciate the rain.

Called on January the 12th "its now the January the 18th" during the winter/wind storm we were having because we had a piece of fisca blow off the south end of our house. So when I called the Richmond number it sent me to an answering service. A lady answered and took my information and said she would have someone call me. Ok so I waited only about an hour and received a phone call back. I don't remember the gentleman's name but I told him where I lived and he looked it up and said oh yeah you are not far from us. I said correct like less than 10min. So we got all the details ironed out and he said will you be home Monday or Tuesday? I said yes. He said I'll call before I come out but I'll be there either Monday or Tuesday. It's now Thursday and never a phone call from anyone not a peep.so at this point I'm not impressed at all. Very unprofessional in my opinion even after he said I have wrote down in my book to call and come out on either one of those days. Nope no one has shown up yet so I'm moving on to more professional company. I wouldn't waist my time with a company that can't even give you a reason why they can't or won't come out. It's called common courtesy. Not impressed at all. Your answer to my review is a complete lie. No one called me and I can pull my phone records to prove no one called me on Tuesday. You left your little review because I spoke the truth and it shamed you and your company and you didn't like it. Well that's what reviews are for. To inform the public what kind of people and business they are dealing with. If someone would have called me then yes that would be true but it's a complete lie.

The Team at Richmond's Sheriff- Goslin is second to none. I was told what they would do for me and it was done. I have one of the nicest roofs in this town bar none. I have had comments about it. I am writting this reveiw to express how pleased my wife and I are with our new Sherriff-Goslin roof.This is our second Sherriff-Goslin roof. Our first was with the Art-Loc shingles that lasted 30 years. We were so pleased that we decided to replace them with another Art-Loc roof. Eric Cassel came out to give us an estimate and tell us of all of the improvments that have been made to these shingles, which made us feel that we definitely made the correct decision.I would also like to say that Mr. Cassel was punctual and curtious. The installers as well were always on time and curtious. They worked efficiently and always cleaned up the worksite before leaving for the day. They stand behind their work and have (amazingly) randomly stopped by to ask if there's any problems or questions even a few years later. And don't hesitate to fix it if something is wrong. At the time of my installment contract, I was told what would be done and was all in writing. The workers used ladder stand-offs and covered eave spouts, windows and shrubs with tarps. All the workers were courteous and respectful of my property. They also did a wonderful job of cleanup after they finished the roof.Remember the old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
