Hope you're not needing any work done soon. You'll be at their mercy getting it done. They're word means nothing and the weather is always an excuse for poor planning. Also, most decent companies thrive on referral business. Not this one. They could care less about good customer relations or even acknowledging those that do refer business. Save the headache and go with someone who appreciates their customers.
