Called to have an estimate done for a new roof about 5 months ago. After a couple more phone calls a guy shows up weeks later, measures the roof, says he'll get back to me the next day. After a few weeks I call back, person who answers said they'll look into it. Nothing happens. After about 2 months I got the number of the owner and called him. He said he'd find the paperwork and get it moving for me. That was 9 weeks ago. Apparently they do good work IF you can get them to work, or at least they used to. Word around town is thag the business has went in the dumpster. The 5 star reviews seem to be friends and family.

I am a general contractor trying to give this company business but I can't get them to answer the phone or reply. I have spoken with John R. and Hillary several times only to be bounced around to the point that no one will reply. Simple order, simple requests. They could really work on their customer service and responsiveness.

Matt and his crew(Don, Joe, and Mayfield) They were skillful, professional, personable, and respectful. Matt would always update me on their progress at the end of each day. They took extra care to clean up every night. I would recommend anyone to Goodhew and Matt/crew. My 16 year old brick home looks like a new home. THANKS, GUYS!

My father has given them $8000 for a job that was to be done prior to Thanksgiving. It is now December 21 and nothing has been done. Several phone calls have been placed and no one has returned his call. We don't know where to turn. Feeling ripped off
