The gentleman Scott sent out did a A++ job very straight forward excellent communication on what was being done and what needed to be done. These guys worked straight through from start to finish! To say I'm happy is a understatement I'm a very happy customer I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to overhaul my basement and fix the problems i was having. I hope I never need this type of job again but if I do I know exactly who I'm calling thanks to the guys at acculevel I have a huge piece of mind with my basement and alot less stress!

I had acculevel do a lot of work in my crawlspace. Was very easy to set up an appointment for a quote. Jerrell showed up on time for the quote. Jerrell spent the extra time needed making sure I had the most thorough quote needed to get the job done right. I had several questions about additional add ons I wanted and Jerrel answered all my questions in a timely manner.I had given acculevel a 5 star review up to this point. There was some issues with the install crew not installing everything they were supposed to and many calls back and forth to get resolved. I would potentially hire acculevel again or refer to someone, however just have make sure you double check there work but that would be same with any contractor. At least they finally came out several times and tried to fix it. I think they were still supposed to go up to sill plate with vapor barrier but at least it’s halfway and my insulation is on the other side now so it’ll be easier to change out if I ever have too. I knocked off a star just because of the hassle it was going back and forth.

Greg Backus was excellent to work with. He provided solutions to raise our concrete patio that had settled and gave me peace of mind regarding a few cracks in our basement. He was at our home within 24 hours of contacting him and provided an evaluation and estimate within the same day. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with Acculevel. Dough was my inspector. This company is not honest & does not want to honor their advisor/inspector’s professional opinion. If you needed signed documentation on the work that the advisor/ inspector came out to assess you will not get it. I took off work and it was a waste of my time. Dough was my advisor/ inspector and all he cared about was to help him Win a Contest. I asked Dough if he could put the information that He Assessed from my property on his company’s letter head and he assured me that he would. He had me to rate him on google which I did at that time. I thought he was honest until I requested for him to send me the documentation; he said he would have to ask his manager. I thought that was Strange. I requested that information from Dough several times. The first letter was just an email stating what he assessed. The second letter it was on the letter head however, he changed the wording. So now I’m frustrated so I called the office asking who was Dough’s manager, I was told that Craig was the manager. I spoke with Craig and explained the situation and the first thing Craig said “We Are Not Inspectors” I said I Googled Foundation Inspection and your company came up. All I needed was Dough to Revised the first letter and to put it on the Company’s letter head. Craig said he would have Dough to revised the letter on the company’s letter head. I finally received the letter however, it did not have my Property Address. I reached out to Craig again to have my property address listed on the letter head and Dough’s signature. I made several attempts with the Manager Craig and he would not allow Dough to Sign & Date what he assessed. Acculevel is Not Honest or Take Accountability for what they do. What are they Hiding?

As a Property Manager, I have worked with quite a few foundation companies. Once I found Acculevel, I have highly recommended them for our owners and HOAs. I have worked with their Rep, Greg Backus and I find him highly knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. He has evaluated my home specifically and has always been honest with what I needed. He understands that these repairs are not always cheap but also knows what is most critical. He will tell you if things can wait, or if they are pressing. The pier work and support systems I’ve had in my own home have stayed strong. I like that they return to do checks on their work, and they will do 3 adjustments free of charge upon request. Their prices are competitive, reasonable and their solutions are solid in comparison to other companies. Highly recommend!

He also went over what we needed to do to be ready when the work started. The team showed up when they said on time. The crew that came to work, worked so hard was very nice as well. Our crawlspace had several cracks in the foundation, so we reached out to three different places, including acculevel. Blake came out to assess our home, and he was extremely thorough. He took the time to inspect all through our large crawlspace as well as outside our entire home. He showed us many upgrades and fixes we could do, and helped us prioritize what needed to be done to fit our budget. The team at Acculevel came out a couple of weeks later and sealed six cracks and installed a dehumidifier. They did great work, and cleaned up after very nicely. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair. Blake was far more thorough than the other two companies we checked out, and Acculevel ended up being cheaper.

Greg came out after another company doing “free” inspections quoted an obscene amount of money for all the work that supposedly needed to be done. I wanted another opinion, so contacted Acculevel. Greg was professional and really helpful, and explained everything he saw. Ruben and his crew did an awesome job. They raised one whole side of the house in 1 day. Very polite, and professional. He explained everything that would be done and when other things came up he asked for our input on what we wanted done. It looks like a brand new house on that side. Doors actually open and close better than when we bought it. Once we do the other side we definitely want him to come back and do that work. He even checked a few things the inspector did not.

Mike and Nathan spent a significant amount of time assessing our foundation issues, water damage and potential risk for future damage. They walked us through different financing options to keep the cost of repair within our budget. We had foundation leaks in our basement that warranted installing a trench that ran across one side and the back of our house, about 60 feet. They had to jackhammer, dig the trench, install the drain pipe, install a new sump pump, waterproof the walls, and cement the trench. This was after they tore out drywall, a shower, and sink and vanity. They also extended two downspouts in the front yard underground and directed it so it would come out near a flowerbed. All this was done in under two days. The crew was very courteous and very professional. Their names were Steve Black, Greg Thomas, and Alan Yoder. Their work looks awesome.
