It was nice meeting Dawson & Jerry today. They came out today and repaired our deck getting it flush with the house again. Good job! 2 hard working knowledgeable guys if you ask me. Also want to Thank Cody and the Roofing Crew that completed our roof. We love the new look. Our sales rep Cody. Came to our home the same day he made phone contact with us. Cody is very knowledgeable and was good at explaining how things work. I have put a few roofs on myself, so I can tell you it's done differently now. The roofers were careful with our flower beds and did an awesome job installing the roof and cleaning up. They were working in 98 degree temperature. The gutter guys did a great job installing the gutters. They were friendly. Cody came back after the job was complete to inspect the jobs and make sure we were happy. We got class 4 shingles for a reasonable price compared to other companies promoting class 3 shingles. Chris came out to look at a leak that I noticed after a heavy rainstorm. He showed up early, immediately listened to all my concerns and hopped up on the roof. Thankfully it was a small patch job and it was done in no time. Chris was polite and put my mind to ease. Hopefully I won't need to call again but gladly would if I needed service. Thank you Chris!!

I am extremely satisfied with the process of contacting Hoel Roofing & Remodeling. I originally talked to Nick, the project manager, about getting a quote for our home in Rushville, Indiana. (We inherited the home, and are beginning the remodeling process.) I asked Nick if he could replace the outdated-broken shingles to match the metal that was on a portion of the roof. He was very thorough, asked questions and communicated exceptionally. I was very satisfied and hired them same day! The roof was completed in less than 30 days, when most contractors are booked months out. Upon completion, I was ecstatic with the job. The roof looks amazing. It matches the previous installed metal and I couldn’t be happier. I also enjoyed speaking with the owners, Bob and Emily throughout the process as well. Everyone was easy to communicate with, professional, timely, and cooperated with me being three states away in Kansas. I did a lot of research for roofing companies and this company really stood out. I called to get a free estimate and Chris came. He was very efficient and upfront and honest about everything they would do to repair my sunroom roof. They finish my roof on October 16, 2023. I have not had any issues. The workers were very efficient and professional, and Took care of my roof as if it was their own very reasonably priced I would recommend this company to anyone

These guys put a new roof, including new roof decking, on our old farm house. It was a great experience. We were living 3 hours away at the time, and they were great in their timing, communication, and scheduling. They were cheaper than everyone else, and worked with us on billing because of a unique financial situation we were going through. The house turned out great and overall an awesome experience.

Hoel Roofing went above and beyond on our home! Cody Stephens worked hard and fought for us with insurance after they initially denied our claim. Without his efforts, we’d still be dealing with insurance. The contractors who replaced our roof and gutters were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner! After being struck by a tornado last June, the Posey Township VFD needed numerous repairs. We contracted with Morton Buildings to reconstruct the overhang, replace a damaged bay door, and re-roof the building. To say that we were disappointed in Morton Buildings is an understatement. It took two months for Morton Buildings to come out and do two days of work. It took six months for them to install our bay door.After Morton Buildings finished their work, we found mold and more damage to the firehouse from the additional water damage during the two month waiting period. We decided to not hire Morton Buildings for these additional repairs and instead contacted Hoel Roofing and Remodeling. I am glad we called Hoel’s. Within a few days Nick was at the station listening to all of our problems and formulating a plan. Nick then passed the information off to Emily who took over ordering parts and staying in contact. Unfortunately, Hoel’s insulation supplier was having issues getting product out the door which delayed our start time. During the next couple of months Emily made sure to stay in contact with me at least once a week to give status updates.Finally the day came when two of our walls were taken down and the insulation was replaced. While there were issues, Emily was an angel and listened to every concern and complaint I had. Hoel Roofing and Remodeling came back multiple times and fixed numerous issues to make sure that I and the Township Trustee were completely satisfied with our repairs. We originally called for a replacement subfloor. When Loni came out he was very honest and said it wasn’t necessary to replace it. He gave us other options that saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. He eagerly answered any questions we had, not only then, but when we thought of things later he was just a phone call or text away.Emily was very helpful with scheduling and communicating any questions or concerns we had.When the repair crew came out they were right on time. Dawson and Jerry were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They completed it in a very timely manner and the quality was excellent.From the very beginning of the process to the very end we have been satisfied.We would definitely recommend them to any of our family or friends. When we have anything else done to our home we will definitely be calling them back.We did end up calling them back to have our dining room, kitchen, living room and guest bathroom floors replaced. They removed all the subfloor and replaced a lot of the supports. Jerry and Dawson were great at their job. They installed the new flooring like the professionals they are. Even the things that we asked them to check because it seemed off they quickly addressed.We are very satisfied with their work, but the best part is that they found my wife’s long lost wedding ring for us. They were very honest about it and sent me a text telling me what they had found. I was excited because it had been missing for over a year and we truly thought we wouldn’t ever see it again.So thanks to everyone at Hoel roofing and remodeling.
