His crew is on time and efficient with great workmanship. From the new roof, fresh attic insulation and blowing insulation into existing walls, I have 0 issues or complaints. We used TRC to put a new roof and siding on our house. We had a great experience and we are very pleased with the outcome of the project. Brett Edwards was our Project Manager. Brett was amazing answering all of our questions, and was always quick to respond to our emails and text messages. The Foreman, Efren, and his crew did an amazing job. They worked hard, took few breaks, and were very professional throughout the job. They were very conscientious about cleaning up each evening after working long hours.

Very professional and got all of the work completed in a timely manner; project was even started one day earlier than scheduled. Great communication and follow up with completed project. All issues were addressed with holes in my cedar siding and they even did a color match with the paint. You can't even tell holes have been patched and siding has been replaced, their work is seamless. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Total Roofing without knowledge of the service they provided and was able to release our breath once Herbie showed up with a pleasant smile and wealth of knowledge. He didn't rush through the process of meeting with us and then the adjuster. The price for a new roof was also reasonable. I didn't feel as if Total Roofing was trying to rip us off. I was so pleased that I called them to take care of my home needs.

May 2021 - I had a 4 yr old roof with no history of who performed the work. Rather than constantly worrying about the next leak, I told Ryan, from TRC, that I wanted an entirely new roof that was warranted. He offered me 3 options and I took the most complete option that included a transferable warranty.Ryan pointed out why the roof was leaking and other flaws in the original construction.In addition to the roof, we replaced 4 skylights, added 2 Ridge Vents, and one soffit repair. Plus, we added a roof drip edge all around the roof which had not been installed originally. We also replaced 4 plywood boards that had water damage. We also changed the shingle color from black to dark brown.This was a major project during windy Spring weather. I watched the workers carefully and was impressed by everything that they did. This is not easy work and I appreciated their efforts.Total Roofing has some very large equipment and this helps them be efficient. Most of the roof and skylights were done in two days, weather delays included. Two smaller crews did the finishing work on two other days (maybe 2 hours each day).I would certainly recommend them for any sort of roofing repair or replacement!Services: Attic venting, Skylight installation, Roof installation

All of the workers were polite and were always smiling, they enjoyed their work. Justin was great to work with. His crew replaced the entire roof at my mothers house who recently passed. The entire procedure was flawless and their timing impeccable. I was referred to Justin from Total roofing to check my roof vents. I contacted Justin and he promptly came to our home and inspected all our roof vents and found a clog in the bathroom soil stack. Total roofing took pictures and a video for us so we could call a plumber to come correct the problem. They even offered to help me find someone to fix the problem. Overall they have great service and I highly recommend them!
