We had a leaking gutter on our porch and on one next to the porch. We hired A&M Home Services to install new one peice gutters and uninstalled the old ones. They first checked out expectations. The two employees asked if they could damage the old ones, we confirmed they were correct. They were very efficient and competent. They spent approximately 1. 1/2 hours here.We would hire them again if we needed them.

They came to the house. We discussed options and what works. He brought samples. We discussed the warranty. He checked the inside of the roof. Then they set up a date. They stay in contact with you. Job was completed in 1 day. Although I would've liked to have had the person handling the installation stay at the site. The guys he left here did the work, were kind, efficient, and cleaned up the mess. They were a hard working bunch of guys. The work they did was checked out and approved by the company. I hope in thirty years to see you again. You should advertise the veteran roof rebate. The vets and their families need and appreciate a price break. It was a fantastic experience and they did a great job. Thank you!

A&M Services removed all the old shingles from the house as well as the garage, installed sheeting, applied new shingles on house/garage and put new fascia & soffit all in one day. We've had several people stop and tell us how nice it looks. They did a great job installing and cleanup as well.

A&M was top tier from the start. Gavin performed an excellent inspection, explained everything, including pictures, worked great with insurance to make sure everything was to current code, and just made sure all questions were covered. Scheduling was fantastic, and they even got me moved up from a Monday to a Friday, giving me a new roof before another line of storms came through! Mike, the Field Supervisor was great. The day of installation, he walked me through the entire process a timeline. The crew were hitting it like a well oiled machine. I worked construction for 15 years when I was younger, and I never worked with a crew that worked so smoothly together. I was amazed how quickly they finished. Their customer service was solid, and the work was impeccable, but I can't in good conscience give them 5 stars, allow me to explain. All dates/months are from the year 2023The short version, they initially scheduled installation of new gutters early December, which we were fine with.We got an unexpected phone call, letting us know that they had some spots open up earlier, roundabout before the end of November. Great! We were ecstatic over the convenience.Come the day of the installation appointment, taking place before the last weekend of November, if I remember correctly...we hadn't heard anything about the workers making their way to us, so we called them to inquire about the delay. We were told that they encountered some issues at another job, so they would have to reschedule us for after the weekend, a Monday or Tuesday. Cool, no problem, things happen.Come the next(reschedule) day of installation, we get a text from the Foreman of the job, saying they encountered another issue at another job, and they had to reschedule us for another day.Here's the problem.By the time they finally got in and finished the job, we were only a day or two ahead of the original planned schedule date. I personally feel if they encountered issues that often, they might as well keep the initial appointment, at least then the risk of "issues" would be minimal, since I would like to think that we are part of the days jobs, rather than another that got squeezed in between two other jobs.

They were quick and clean, but they damaged several panes of glass on my greenhouse, broke the step clean off of my porch, and somehow broke a ceiling fan inside the house. Billing is easy, scheduling was stress free, people are wonderful. If you have an insurance job like I did, be prepared to play the middle man for 6 months, as a&m does not contact your insurance company at all.

**scroll down for updates**I am furious, to put it mildly. While the roof and gutter work itself was indeed well done, a one day project ended up in 2.5 days of labor and a dumpster/trailer on our property for nearly 6 days.The mess they left in our yard was utterly INEXCUSABLE. In the past 3 days we have found well over 100 screws and nails. Today I found 40, yesterday 45. Two days before that too many to count.I.Am.Not.Joking.I specifically asked one guy if they had cleaned up before they left. He said “of course”. I then bent over and found (I kid you not) 8 nails in Literally 30 seconds and told him to do it again. 2 minutes with a magnetic rake by one man was all the effort they put in. Now, 4 days late I’m still finding literally 40 nails PER DAY.Did I mention two different foremen on two different days came out to “clean up” again after we complained? A foreman personally came out (for the second time) earlier today. I get home, find f-o-r-t-y more nails. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I have a 4 year old who wants to play in the yard. Currently our game is, “walk carefully and find the nails!” He’s apparently better at it than these lazy “professionals”.They didn’t use a single damn tarp. Literally a single $8 Walmart tarp at the base of whatever area they were stripping would have saved me hours of combing my yard for rusty nails and screws. My in-laws have a nearly 4000 sq ft house. They found “maybe” 8 nails (according to my mother-in-law) after their project was done (by another company). Our house is barely 1000sqft (it’s tiny!) and we have found at least 150 by my conservative estimate. Again, it defies belief.I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog. Primarily because that dog would end up with rusty nails in its paws.Did I also mention that they didn’t lay a single shingle on day 1? We got rain overnight and lo and behold, water came right into the office and fell on my wife’s MacBook Pro. There are water marks on it and all her sticky notes were blurry and curled. They can’t control nature, but they could have perhaps been a little more diligent in laying tyvec or whatever that sheathing was.My neighbor’s house is bigger than ours, two stories, rather than one, with a steep roof pitch, and they were done in one day, not 6 (if you include the weekend).**Update 2 weeks later:Our first heavy rain and it leaked around the chimney, which ran down into our kitchen and soaked some stuff. I went to get a mug off the shelf for tea and was surprised to find a bunch of dark brown water already in it. Good morning! My wife’s keyfob to her van was all wet, papers were ruined as was what I hope was not a winning lotto ticket I hadn’t scratched yet.**Update 4 weeks later:The flashing was fixed by a different crew from A&M. No leaks.Updating my review to 3 stars because the owner of the company personally came to our house to apologize and talk to us. Turns out the crew was a subcontractor and after our experience they were fired. I appreciate his taking action and being enough of a gentleman to apologize in person. He was frustrated by our experience too, and he gave my wife and I a letter of apology with a gift card to our favorite restaurant and another to Walmart.***January update:Heavy rain and our chimney is leaking again. It was my understanding that a crew was commissioned to come out and fix the flashing around the chimney. Apparently that never happened. Adding new photos showing the water running down my chimney. Water made it all the way down to the kitchen shelves again.I’m so tired of this.

Our roof, gutters, & downspouts look amazing!!!! The only thing is they need to respect the home owners property. If you knock it over, pick it up, and or put things back. Everything was done in great time!!! The roofers do make a crazy mess, but they do try and pickup everything at the end. Marcus the gutter guy was amazing and picked up as he worked. The roofer guys could learn from him….. we were very impressed on the time frame, 2 new roofs in one day, amazing!!! We are very pleased with the resurfacing, staining, and sealing of our wood floors. The resurfaced floors make the rooms look brighter. They feel smooth and look like new. Dan and the guys took extra care removing and reattaching the trim boards. We love the floors and recommend A&M.

These guys are fantastic!!! Did exactly what they said, when they said they would. I had my crawl space encapsulated and the walls spray foamed. When I got home from work the day they were done, I opened the door to the crawl and did not expect that caliber of work.They did a great jog! Everything was as promised, dialed in, and clean. Honestly, with the cold/wet weather I don't even know how they left it so clean. The crew even took the time to put my dehumidifier back exactly the way I have it before they started the job. I though for sure I was going to have to do it.Clint was our sales rep and he really made the whole experience. He meant with us after work at 6:30pm, was on time, very polite, and respectful. It was one of those days with our 3 & 4 year old boys, that as a parent you just cringe and hope that person leaves not thinking we're an out of control, crazy household. Clint was great though, very patient with the kids, talking to them, and asking questions. Clint's like talking to one of your buddie, just makes you feel like you've known him forever. He also didn't make us feel like he was trying to sell us something, or was high pressure in anyway. Anytime we had a question before we signed, Clint got back to us very quick with a phone call or text. Now a days its super refreshing to have someone get back to you that fast. Really cant say enough good things. I would not hesitate to use A&M again or recommend them to any friend. There's a reason they have a 5 star rating.

This was the 1st company I called when I bought my house about 6yrs ago. They’re prompt, fair & genuinely care about their customers. The same young man that took care of me then, took care of me now; I truly love & appreciate knowing the same people are around, gives it a more personal feeling, opposed to some huge franchised company that could care less. I highly recommend A&M. From the first call to the office to salesman and installers they were communicative, on time and professional. They finished my home, garage and shed all in one day in 90 degree plus heat.They came back in the morning for clean up and my inspection and were done in and hour or two. A&M was an excellent company to work with to replace my roof that was damaged by hail. The quoting process was easy and Josh Fairchild answered all of our questions and gave us several roofing options to match our price range. The scheduling of the installation was handled by A&M and communicated clearly, even around rain storms. On installation day the supervisor explained how the installation team would proceed and answered my questions. The installation team was very efficient, and worked fast. The materials estimate was very accurate because all of the materials received were used and there was nothing left. The installation team cleaned up everything when they were done.
