The team at Asscher Roofing did an amazing job. They were great to work with; pleasant, kind, and great with communication. Since I have limited access to phone calls, we were able to communicate through text and emails. I never went more than 24 hours waiting on a response. The crew were accommodating and cleaned up after themselves after each day on the job. They took care to point out where there might be debris so little feet did not get injured. I would 100% recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Jose was very prompt and professional for both the inspection and installation of new gutters on our commercial building. Final installation is extremely clean!Addendum: in 2023 Asscher Roofing performed a complete tear-off (including plywood) and installation of a new roof, soffits, and gutters on an older home we purchased.It was hot, but the crew worked tirelessly and professionally. The guys were very kind and friendly. Jorge (project manager) provided updates and photos throughout the process. They are extremely professional, understand the depths of roofs (they get on the roof during the estimate), and they even came back and checked the attic because they wanted to assess the condition of the wood. We called Asscher as a backup when the first company we had look at our project which resulted from serious storm damage failed to deliver an estimate on time and became spotty in communication. From the moment Richi arrived we knew Asscher was different. They listened and coordinated with us to make certain the work they were bidding matched our vision of the completed project and could meet our timeline.Ultimately, their attention to detail, understanding of our needs, solid communication, and responsiveness made it clear that they were the clear choice as the provider to proceed with.Our job had the additional pressure of needing to meet a certain completion date and the company never skipped a beat in honoring progress commitments and scheduling to make certain our job was done on time and correctly the first time. We had Asscher Roofing quote out and then complete a commercial roof repair. They not only did an excellent job, they went beyond and above. The entire process was EXCLLENT. The explanation of the type of roof, what caused the failure, the repairs that were made, the photos of before and after in the report along with the invoicing process. They also explained what we can do to eliminate and avoid roof repairs/expenses for the future. We are looking to have another commercial building roof completely replaced in the upcoming year and are committed to have Asscher do this job.

When I was purchasing a new home, it was discovered that the entire roof needed to be replaced and the chimney needed to be repaired. It was agreed that Asscher Roofing Company would be the company used for the the replacement and repair. They provided a great quality product at a great value. They went above and beyond. Instead of just replacing the deteriorated bricks, they replaced them all at no cost to me. They wanted to provide me with quality work and felt just replacing the broken bricks would leave me with issues in the future. Omar was very helpful through the entire process. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and materials. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The roofers were on time and very polite. I called Asscher to request a quote on a Sunday and left a message. A representative, Richi Sanchez called me immediately and set up a time. He was incredibly professional and explained the entire process at the time of estimation. He beat all other quotes and was patience with all my questions. He fit me into their schedule right away and called before doing any work. Once work began, they contained their mess and kept me updated of small changes. When they finished, there was no sign they had been there except for the brand new roof. It looked perfect down to edging details. I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of the work. A few days later, the same representative, Richi Sanchez called me and asked about about the project. I would highly recommend Asscher Roofing for any roofing project. Omar and his crew were the best! All the guys were polite, friendly and conscientious. Omar always kept us informed about the job, sending pictures as they worked. They replaced our shingles, fixed parts of the roof, and installed seamless gutters on a very steep roof way quicker than I ever thought possible!
