I have never been so happy with a project. Matt Lang and his helper Tyler came out to install these new windows. They were prompt and professional during the entire experience. Matt went out of his way to explain things to me that I didn't even ask about but knew would be a question in the future. They were quick and clean. I love my new windows. I'm happy about the entire experience. Now, if Spring would come so I can keep them open.

I had the shower in my master bathroom, remodeled and completed by Dream Baths by Bee! The entire project was outstanding from the sales rep, to the installer. Everything went great and I am thrilled with the results. The salesman was terrific, and the installer was also terrific and I was so happy when the project was completed It is absolutely beautiful. I bought ten windows to make my screen porch into a sunroom. Dealing with the salesman, the measurer and the installers (Brian and Taurus) was such a pleasant experience. The installers were so experience and efficient. They really knew what the were doing. I would recommend this company for anything you need done in your home.

Follow up to my previous review.. it is now 7 months, yes 7 and job still not complete. Have been waiting for almost 2 months for a screen door. Yep, just screen door. Was told 3 weeks ago it would be installed last week of March. Nope, not a word. Mind you, we paid for the doors this end of August. Ridiculous. Don't buy from Bee Window.

Bee Windows installed a house full of windows in a house we are updating. When the majority of the windows were installed (we had two installation days due to a bay window that was taking longer to make), the work crew were very organized. They had a system for the jobs (old window removal, new window installation, trim, caulking, etc,). This system seemed to be very efficient. I really appreciated the quality of the trim work and the neatness of the caulking. Thank you!

Bee Window installed two sliding glass doors. Upon installation the gentleman were prompt and respectful of property. They laid down plastic and cleaned as they worked. They did there best to reduce dust. One door was a switch out while the other was an enlarged opening. I cant express enough how pleased we are with Bee Window. We purchased our home in December 2019, and the first thing we did was to replace 25 of the 33 windows in our 1928 built home. We interviewed three companies and settled on Bees Windows because of a highly informed and non-pushy sales presentation. Come to find out, our next-door neighbor has used Bee’s a year earlier, and like our neighbor, we were totally pleased with the quality of our windows, service, and installation. The installers were courteous, polite, and easy to work with. Even though they replaced them in February, they did it efficiently and with no interior mess. When they pulled out the driveway, we had no clean up to contend with. I fully recommend Bee’s Windows.

The salesman was professional and offered options. The biggest pressure was receiving a certain discount if I purchased that day Lucky for him, I had already made up my mind. :-) The installation team was great. They were quick and efficient. The only negative thing was that they did not clean up some of the mess and they used my recycle bins for their trash. Then did not take the trash with them. That can of course be remedied, if you go into it knowing this. I had gutter guards installed, and next fall will be the test, however with each rain, I can hear the water running through the gutters.

Bee did an excellent job with my new front door and front windows. I recently purchased an old home that was very much in need of new windows. They replaced the old windows and insulated at a great price, and also sealed up the front door, which previously had a large gap under it; enough to see light coming under it when the sun hit it. I'm very happy with their work and will have them back in the future to continue with other windows in the house.

The installers were very polite professional and caring throughout the installation. They cared about my home property and timely manner that things took during my installation. They were always communicating and thorough at the job they were doing including cleaning up after each day before they went home. The windows look Great the inside trimming is very nicely done as well.Before they installed my new windows I could hear everything and I do mean everything ie. Planes from the nearby airport that rattled my old windows, neighbors, traffic going by, dogs barking and even emergency vehicles a couple blocks away.Since the completion of my new windows I no longer hear any of that unless they are open I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LOOK THE NOISE REDUTION AND THE CURBSIDE APPEAL IT HAS GIVEN TO MY HOME. All in all I personally give Bee Windows an A+++++++ in Efficiency care timing of installation and communication before the installation of the windows from the company and when they were going to be installed highly recommendService: Window installation

We liked Jeremy the salesman. He was a sales man and he was like all the other ones so no point in complaining about that. they installed all 9 windows in one day and they look amazing. the installers are so friendly and took care of our home and our 4 puppies so that nothing happened to them. after installation they walked the out side and made sure not a spot of paint chips or wood was left on the ground. it was like they were never there but gorgeous windows appeared. the price was on the higher side so be prepared for that but the quality was great. i can lift the window with one hand. we have a 3 year old and they treated him with respect and made sure no dust or debri was anywhere he can touch. the isntallers were amazing

I love my new windows! We had some things that needed repaired from damage by crew and the crew leader bought paint and trim out of his own pocket and fixed it right away. Also there was an issue with my blinds and they took care of it at their own expense. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

While the original purchase and installation was good. They do not follow through on their warranty at all! They are trying to charge what 1 or 2 new windows cost to replace one of the panes. Sounds great up front, but there are less expensive places out there that have more integrity!

My husband and I are pleased with our new windows and sliding glass doors. We definitely feel a difference after replacing all of our 50+ year old windows. The only disappointment was that after finding rotten wood under our shutters, our worker said he wouldcover the wood temporarily until we could deal with the problem ourselves, but he only covered one of the three, leaving a bit of an eyesore on the front of our house.

Pathetic. I have a warranty on my windows. Paid in full on June for 4 windows with bad seals to be replaced. Finally end of August they show up to replace the and did not have any of the correct windows. Waited again now u til early November and they showed up with only 2 of the 4 windows. Another 6-8 weeks and it is out of their control of the vendor sends the wrong materials.Because I have paid and they have not delivered as promised we will take legal action. They basically refuse to do anything except refund the 2 windows they have yet to replace. Nevermind 3 days off work now to accommodate them and a fourth if or when they ever get the windows.Do not, I repeat, do not use Bee window. It is a scam and a pathetic embarassment of a business.
