I can't say enough about Monroe Restoration! And especially our project manager Chris for his attentiveness. He kept us informed the entire step of or water damage restoration. The crew were neat and very pleasant to have around.At one point Chris even coming to the house in the wee hours one morning, to take care of some unexpected work before the countertop installers got there. These guys did a great job on my house which is over 100 years old. Thet restored some water damage and after their work you could not tell work had been done. Chris Fech was the Man in charge and he did a wonderful job. Always providing a status, working through several issues and being available all the time.You can't go wrong hiring Monroe to restore a property.I might add that Chris deserves a raise because he went well above and beyond the call of duty!

My home flooded when a valve failed in the upstairs bathroom. Monroe Restoration was hired to restore the damage done by all the water. It affected three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, ceiling, walls, and floor dining room. Andy was the contractor and did everything he possibly could to keep me informed and deal with any issues I brought up. He was competent, pleasant, timely, and had a very good reputation and rapport with his subcontractors. He was flexible and helpful. I would hire him again in a minute. He and the other subcontractors, respected my belongings, and took care of them. Monroe restoration came in to replace flooring damaged by a leaking toilet valve. They worked with us during the estimating and planning portion of the project to get the flooring we wanted to replace the damaged flooring. They communicated all appointments and timelines clearly. They texted when there were updates and when they needed to the access the house. Once the job started, they worked diligently, arriving on time, and completing the job when expected. They are incredible. The project completed with the least amount of interruption to our lives. My neighbor across the street hired them to clean out the sewage that backed up into their basement. I got home yesterday and there were trash bags and other debris (including tack strips) piled up in my yard. I was not very happy. One of their workers told me he didn't realize it was in my yard....I will admit I came a little unglued on the guy after he said that.I am sure they did a fine job inside the house. However you don't put stuff like that in someone else's yard.
