I’ve been in my home almost 40 years. Getting someone to call back, show up and to give quotes for repairs is getting ridiculous. After having HM Remodeling do my bathroom, I chose to talk to them for replacement of my basement steps. Mr. Handyman contacted me, requested pictures, called and gave me a quote and we set a date for the repair. I received a text and picture of Jeff each day he was to do the work. Prompt, professional, polite, and on target with the time frame. The steps are sturdy, and easier to go up and down and no more worries. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman to home repairs. Josh was so fast and efficient. Loved the work he did on my couch and cabinet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was a mid morning appointment and it was afternoon when he came due to a delay from a previous job he I’m sure tried to make perfect. Dave installed a mailbox on our home Which allows our mail to drop into a box in the coat closet He also installed illuminated house #, insulated, two exterior doors and installed blinds at garage exterior rear door, and kitchen window as well as patio sliding door. Jeff came out and fixed us up quickly. I had one ceiling fan that wasn't working correctly, and another to be installed. He gave me up front pricing, then had the work done more quickly than anticipated. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and obviously knew his stuff. Mike from SBI-Mr. Handyman came out to our home today to help us install a porch swing on our front patio. We were very pleased with the result and highly recommend Mr. Handyman and especially Mike. We initially ran into a problem with the install, but Mike was professional and informed us of the hiccup and was able to take the time to remedy the issue and make sure the swing was installed securely and properly. Pricing was also quite reasonable and Mike did a good job of cleaning up too!

The handyman,Jeff South was excellent.Knowledgable and no nonsense, working swiftly and efficiently.My only reason to not wholeheartedly recommend the Mr. Handyman services is the cost of the parts .They seemed inflated to me, although this may be due t ok my age. I think Jeff is a great pro and endorse his abilities and work ethic. I did like the service,just felt that it was more expensive than I expected. A seven or eight rating as to recommending your company to my friends and family.Thanks to your excellent serviceman,Jeff.
