No Limit Roofing is AMAZING! I was in desperate need to get a rubber membrane roof on a rental property. I had another roofer assured me he would get the job done and he didn’t. We had been having very heavy rains, and my tenant messaged me very upset because the roof that was supposed to have been done was never done. My tenant had to put buckets down to catch the rainwater. I was so upset because the previous roofer had done work for me before. I was so fortunate to find Jonathan and No Limit Roofing! They gave me a bid on Tuesday came out on Thursday. Finish the roof cleaned up all of the mess and had the dumpster removed on Friday. It’s raining again and my tenant just sent me a message and said no leaks! I will definitely be using them again. In fact, I already contracted with them to do another roof. I am so happy to have found a quality and dependable roofing company!

We had a roof damage due to the summer storm and only realized in the fall with the rain. Jon’s company was prompt to answer our call for help. He came by, reviewed the damage and immediately assisted us with all queries. He then helped us through the paperwork with our home insurance and booked us really fast for renewal. The new roof looks amazing and we’re really glad we could rely on his technical support and super friendly service!!!

We cannot sing enough praises for this company - absolutely above and beyond in every way!! We called them after our roof started leaking during the recent winter storm. Jonathan and his team were amazingly attentive and literally did everything they could to mitigate any damages until the weather allowed for them to do the proper fix. This was after working with another company who had been claiming a backorder on our materials for months, where Jonathan and his team not only confirmed materials at multiple suppliers immediately - but literally shoveled snow off our roof, applied sealant and proceeded to call us to check in every day until the job was done. It was a night and day difference from what we had been experiencing with the other company. My only regret is that we didn’t call No Limit Roofing first. Take it from someone who has at this point hired + talked to half the roofers in the area - No Limit Roofing is 100% the ones you want!

Emergency roof replacement. I knew I was getting close to needing a new roof but overnight that turned into an emergency. On Thanksgiving Day while it was raining, we had water staining on the ceiling and water running down one wall in our living room. I crawled into the attic to find significant amount of water coming in and wood rotted completely out in many places. I know my roof and my house could not survive winter.New roof installation went smooth, very quick. I am super happy with the quality and look of the new roof. Received a quote and gave a deposit on Monday, shingles and supplies arrived on Tuesday, dumpster and a crew of nine showed up on Wednesday, job completely done on Thursday. Owner was onsite many times during the day checking on his crew. Good communication from start to finish. They used high quality GAF Timberline HDZ 50 year shingles along with water & ice shield in all the problem areas. I had four different roofers give me quote, No Limit Roofing was the lowest ($1,500 lower then then next lowest quote and $5,000 lower then my highest quote). So, needless to say, I am happy with the price. I will be recommending No Limit Roofing to friends and family.Service: Roof installation
