"Incredible," in the best possible way, is the word that comes to mind about my experience with One Way Construction in Roofing. We had bought our house, with a brand-new roof, in 2014, and by 2016 I was getting water inside. I tried repeatedly to get a roofer to do repairs, but every company simply looked at the roof from ground and said it seemed OK. Only when I called Enrique and his team did they come to my tall house with the steep roof and climb all over it, taking pictures. What they found horrified me: missing shingles, exposed wood, significant opportunities for leaks and major damage to the house. I gave them the job to replace the roof, and with a deadline that included wanting to get another team in to install solar panels. They did it, and they did it well. The couldn't have been more professional: quiet as possible, friendly, hard-working and left the site immaculate. They also were significantly cheaper than any other company I had contacted, and I have a new roof, functioning perfectly now for two years, and with an extended warranty.But that's not the whole story. Enrique does all the extra little stuff, even without asking. He spent a morning creating and installing a barrier to something on the roof that was unsightly (from the previous roofters!) from the ground. His attention to detail is amazing.Lately I asked him to repair holes in a metal roof in a shed, a little job. He checked it, sent pictures, and worked with me on it. He took his time and expertise for a customer, even though he wasn't likely to profit much from the job. That means so much!This is a great team, worthy of your business. They're young and considerate and ambitious, and they do what they do with the greatest care and expertise.

I cannot say enough about this family owned business! From roof inspection to completion was such a fantastic experience from what could have been very stressful. Tony inspected my roof with one of his sons, asked questions other companies had not and showed me damages others had not shown me. Wonderful prices, on time and if delayed I got texts from them. Found a leak inside after they were done and called(back room was down to stud for water leak damage)next day they were there checking and fixed the issues they found that were not roof related. Recently I had a problem with a separation of one of my gutters from my main roof to the downspout to the lower roof. Water was dispersing all over. I decided to call One Way Construction. They responded with a reasonable estimate for the fix and provided a more permanent fix so it won't repeat itself again. The cost was very reasonable and it took only a few minutes. They provided an excellent repair and handled it in a very professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to request their services again.

One Way replaced our aging (25+ year old) shingles — 2 layers of them, in fact. This required them to remove an old satellite antenna stand and really old solar panels (no longer operable) on stands and also replace some pipes, vents, and flashing. Additionally, they repaired a small section of roofing that was not part of the original roof and had no wooden or other supports but had been leaking for a few years now. The whole project ended up being A LOT of work, and they did it all professionally, thoroughly, and to our satisfaction. The owner of the business was in communication with us throughout the job, and his team was courteous and hard-working. They worked some very long days to get it all done in a timely manner despite unexpected rain delays. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again. The young man I dealt with, Israel, provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had with any company. All of my questions via phone calls or emails were answered within minutes. All of the workers were conscientious, polite and respectful. My house is large, two stories with very steep peaks. My Stepfather and I flip homes in the South Bend, IN area and we refer this contractor to all of our friends, family and other contractors. He recently replaced the flashing around our chimney and did several roof repairs. He replaced all of our roof vents, and plumbing boots. He installed a vent for our bathroom exhaust fan and installed new soffit, facia, gutters and downspouts.
