Highly Recommend! Oscar and his crew were at our home at 7:15 thus morning, they set up their equipment and ready to go at 7:30 as promised. Except for a few bathroom breaks, they never stopped working. They had our old roof torn off in record time and got our new roof installed in one day. Also, I am extremely impressed by their work ethics, except for the dumpster which will be picked tomorrow you would never know that we had a new roof installed. They left our yard as they found it.Quality work through and through!The front office crew were so easy to work with. Abraham the owner, truly cares about the customer and will work hard for you the consumer. Reliable Roofing & Construction is affordable, responsive, kind, and the work is great quality! I reached out to them after other companies around the area failed to respond or follow up. They are very transparent with all the estimates, quotes, and costs. Their invoice and policies were very clear to understand. I will be hiring them again to clean my gutters next year and to repair my chimney/install a chimney cap this month. You get what you pay for. Which for me (handy and was going to do the work myself but, just got lazy) is fine and I'll use them again. My 4 stars is really a 3.5. Also, this was done during COVID and they were respectful and wore masks all the time.Their roofing is way better than their interior work. I had them do my porch roof and that turned out great. No problems. I had them do interior work and the detail/finishing work wasn't good - BUT to be fair to them, the price I paid was a bargain. The pictures I posted are the bad things that I encountered. There are plenty of good things, I just wanted people to see what type of finish work I got. I'm fine fixing these because they did A LOT of the heavy lifting (literally).My quote included:* Ripping a plaster and lath ceiling off* Putting bracing on the joists* Installing a new drywall ceiling (mud, tape, sanding, and painting)* Installing new trim* Demo of my bathroom ceiling, tile, vanity, and medicine cabinet* New ceiling in bathroom, new tile in bathroom, placement of new vanity, faucet, medicine cabinet, and light* Demo of old carpet in a bedroom* Leveling the subfloor of that bedroom and reinstalling carpet

Ryan gave me a great estimate for a new roof. I agreed then he scheduled a date. They arrived early that morning got the roof tore off and a new one on by that afternoon. The process was professional and done promptly. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for the great work. I requested a quote and they never provided a quote to me. If they are too busy to take on more business, they should be upfront about this fact.Edit 8/28/23I received a call after posting this review stating Reliable Roofing was still working on a quote for me. Our initial inspection for a quote was on August, 11th. I called at least twice after that and still had not received a quote. I will change this review to 5 stars until I receive a quote. I will then edit the review again based on my total experience.10/10/23 update:I never received another call or a quote after the call I received on 8/28/23.

Came out and quoted the next day. Had a small section of siding come down. They had this done in a matter of minutes. Friendly and super responsive. I would suggest these folks to friends and family.

Abraham has been a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and is quick to make sure that any issue is resolved in a timely fashion. It is rare to find an owner that is still so involved in the day to day operations. Even though we are an hour away from his business, he was still able to send someone out within 48 hours to repair a piece of siding that blew off the building. He also came in at nearly 1/3 the price of all of the other contractors that came out to place a bid.

He made me comfortable and went above and beyond to assure everything went well. He gave detailed estimate that stayed true. I received pictures of the project. We got a new house at a great price.

They came in lowest over four estimates, used the highest quality products and finished ahead of schedule.We wanted a specific color shingle to harmonize with our pumpkin-colored brick home. Abraham and his crew met that challenge, made great suggestions, and the result is beautiful. They also improved the vents so that they are less obtrusive and more in keeping with the original architecture of the house.On top of that, they flip=flopped their schedule to get our roof completed before another thunderstorm came through.The crew did an outstanding job of cleanup and protection of our landscaping.We are very happy with the end result and continue to recommend Reliable Roofing and Construction to our friends.

Reliable roofing and construction was a pleasure to work with from the first day! They have competitive pricing and are courteous, kind and hard working. Our project manager, Angel, did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the whole remodel of our kitchen. He even suggested some great ideas that we didn’t think of! Angel and his team were hard working, open to changes/modifications, and showed that they have great skills in what they do! The only downside now is that the rest of the house does not look as good as the kitchen! We will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a moderate roof leak from an improper installation years ago; Abraham quickly came to assess, sent me an estimate within just a few hours, and had a workman on the job two days later. Everyone was courteous and Abraham explained well what the problem was, how it would be fixed, and showed me exactly how the end result would prevent future damage. Reliable is well-priced and highly professional. I will absolutely recommend them and use them for future projects.

Reliable Roofing did a complete tear down and replacement of my home roof. They did a tolerable job on the work but they left a mess behind. They did come back once to take care of that but did very cursory clean-up. About 3 months after the work was completed I contacted them because some of the shingles had buckled and become loose. Four times I called asking for someone to come out and look at it - no one has returned my call. That is exactly the opposite of what I was promised when negotiating the work. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Amazing contractors! Seriously, amazing. Friendly, professional, fast, and quality. They re-did the roof at a rental property I own and completed some related repairs to chimneys and windows. The property is in a historic district and they got the necessary permissions from the historical commission and city in record time. I didn't have to do anything! They did excellent work and finished promptly. The tenants liked them. I have worked with many contractors in the South Bend area, so I know what I'm talking about: These guys are amazing. I strongly recommend them. Next time I need something done on my properties, I will be contacting them!

I had an excellent experience with this company. Attentive to my calls and concerns, timely work that was done very well. So far, what was a horribly leaky roof appears to be good as new. I requested a final walk through and Ryan walked our roof to take a comprehensive set of photos to furnish to me for future reference. Most importantly, given how conscientious these folks have been, I feel confident that if I need to call them for Warrantee work they will be responsive and efficient, as they have been all along. Highly recommended.

They put on a gorgeous metal roof (it doesn't have seams, it looks like actual cedar shake shingles). They did gutter work as well. They came back and did flashing repair elsewhere. They also built a mower garage on the back of our detached garage. On the back of that structure they also built a huge covered veranda. They roofed and repaired my cupola and reinstalled it. They also build me an open polylumber deck on both sides of my two story brick colonial that looks wonderful. I had previously contracted with someone else already to install an all season room but had I known how much they could do (pretty much everything) I could have just had them do that too. As it is, they will be coming back to roof it later with the same metal they used on the main house and attached garage as well as the detached garage. As they also do interior work such as plumbing I have a future kitchen project I will be calling them for as well. Their guys have been great to work with and I actually kinda miss having them around now - really couldn't be happier with the work that they have done!
