Everything about our experience with Rooftech Construction was a 5* rating. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and Corey came out and provided all the information I needed and then some. Kimberlyne was great to work with as she is very friendly and has fantastic communication skills. She is quick to answer any question you may have. The actual roof installation crew was top notch and work so hard to complete the job. They do an amazing job of setting up all kinds of different things to help protect the rest of your house during the removal and installation of the roof. They actually took garden ornaments out of the flower bed to make sure that nothing happened to them. That's a level of detail, I would never have expected. The daily and final cleanup was over the top. I watched as they would blow the leaves out of their way and meticulously pick through the flower beds looking for nails and sweeping the yard with a large magnet to pick up all the nails. The roof itself looks amazing. The workmanship was high quality and I definitely recommend replacing your box vents with the ridge vent. It just makes the roof look so clean. Thanks to all those at Rooftech for providing an exceptional client experience. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

After reading Consumer Reports it helped me find good shingles. I went to that manufacturer's website and found installers. Then reading Google reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau's website, there was no question that Rooftech was one to call. As a Master Elite Contractor Corey and the skillful crew exceeded expectations. Corey in particular is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, detail-oriented, and follows through with the help of a timely and responsive office staff. The roof was replaced, blocks added to the chimney and several other things completed. Compared to other home improvement projects, working with Rooftech has been the best. So much so that when I made the decision to add gutter guards, they were the first and only ones I called. The dream would be that all contractor experiences would be as great as this one was! As soon as I called I knew I was going to use this company. They were so friendly and quick from the start. I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing and communicated with me from the start on the process. Within a few weeks I had a new roof. Corey went all out helping me find an acceptable roof shingle and be comfortable with the decision. His was the 4th estimate which did happen to be the lowest. I went with Rooftech however because he was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is a big investment and he understands that. Not a lot of colors available that really go nicely with the color of house that I have. He made several trips with different samples. He even nailed the samples on top of the house so I could decide. He also offered a good alternative to the brick chimney that was deteriorated that no one else suggested. The workers were nice, polite, worked efficiently, and carried a package in the house for me that I couldn't lift. They also didn't leave cigarette butts all over the yard. The roof looks really nice. Cleanup was suitable. The plants around the house including my roses were not harmed. I am confident that if any issues arise that Corey will make it right. The photos you can see the ugly discolored roof with roof vents in front and the deteriorated chimney. The sample shingle choices are in front. The second photo is the roof being done followed by the completed roof with vents across the rooftop and the deteriorated chimney changed over to piping. Rooftech installed our roof 9 months ago. I believe a true review comes after living with the results for a while. We were extremely pleased with rooftech. The initial meeting was pleasant and professional. The roof looks amazing and there have been no issues. My wife comments on how much she loves the way it looks when she pulls in the driveway. The whole team at Rooftech is amazing. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for your roof.

We had a great experience working with RoofTech to have a new roof installed on our new house. Corey and Kim were very responsive and very accommodating. We had a roof inspection done while under contract on our new house and received a very extensive and detailed report with photos and descriptions. After receiving a few quotes for a new roof, we ended up going with RoofTech. Their quote was average of all the ones we received. They worked with us on scheduling and set a date a few days after closing. Weather delayed us a few days but they worked with us when we needed to move our things in to our new home. I have had several large projects completed over the last few years on my home. While the final results have been satisfactory, getting there was challenge. Communication before, but especially after the job was completed, was fair at best. Constant care was taken not to offend contractors on the fear they would put you at the end of their service schedule.My experience with Rooftech Construction was completely the opposite! From day one through completion I felt like I was their only customer. Communication was excellent! Both from the owner and the office. Answers to texts were responded to in minutes, sometimes late at night and even Sundays. To say this type of service these days is rare is an understatement. I’m sure you know.Five other roofing companies quoted my job. All seemed competent with above average reviews. Rooftech removed the portion of my unused chimney above the roof. Corey was great to work with with estimating and scheduling. When it came time for the work to be done, the crew did a great job of removing the chimney and patching the roof. They were also very thorough in cleaning up the debris. I gave Roof Tech a 5 star rating because in all fairness, the roofing job is beautiful. I'm very happy with the finished product. The roofers were very good & hard workers. They were very good about cleaning up when they were finished.However, there was a lack of communication between the owner & his office which cost me unexpectedly quite a bit additional monies.For that I would have to give them 3stars.I was told the additional money needed would be a very small amount. Instead it was several hundred dollars more. I understand that the materials were needed to do the job right, but, that was quite a shock when I saw the final bill & I do believe it should have been explained better to me at the time or at least before I received the final bill.As happy as I am with my new roof, in all honesty, what happened at the end with the final bill has left me feeling deeply disturbed & somewhat dismayed & depressed.Very sad.Services: Roof installation, Gutter cleaning, Attic venting installation

I HIGHLY recommend RoofTech!!My roof was leaking, Corey came out and assessed and made the repair the same day! He took pictures of the roof, chimney, and flashing so he could explain to me in detail what was wrong. Super nice guy, excellent work ethic and did a great job in record time! I decided I’ll always use this company!!!Another time, I had water dripping into my fireplace. Corey came out determined it was the mortar joints leaking in my chimney. Again he showed me the pictures to explain what was happening. Because we were expecting 3 days of rain, starting in 48 hours… he sent his crew out the very next morning to get things sealed up prior to the rain.
