Royal Construction was recommended to us by ServPro after a roof leak and subsequent water damage in our home. And while one may never be "ready" to hear the news that you need a whole new roof, and not just a patch, the entire process was just easy with Royal - and the easiest aspect of this entire saga for us. 😃 And really, by far the easiest contractor I've ever work with for literally any repair/project/etc. we've had over the years.The owners came by personally to work with us and make sure we had what we needed,and answered every single one of our off the wall questions. THEY EVEN CAME THE NEXT DAY AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY!!! Their crew is amazing! They are absolute professionals, and they even stayed until 6:30 to make sure it was done before the torrential rain we were expecting the following day.Plus, the house looks SO good with a fresh top on it! As a first time home owner, it seems like there's a constant learning curve with navigating *everything* that comes along with it, but I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. Royal construction put on my beautiful new roof. They are very patient in answering all my many many annoying questions. I'm really obnoxious, and they answered every silly thing I asked about. They also have GREAT financing. They even started the install when I was out of town in consideration of my son who has sensory processing issues and gets really upset by noise.
