Metal roof installed by some hill jacks was done before we moved into our home. Slatile did a great job flashing and protecting our home from leaks we were having. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They were willing to do some short term patch repairs but recommended better repairs that would last longer. I had to follow up with them a couple times to keep the process moving, but I understand the world we live in and know things don't happen overnight and there's a lot of demand in this industry. They did what they said they would do at the price they originally quoted and I'll be happy to use them in the future, although they've taken care of my problems so I doubt I'll need to.Service: Roof repair

I can always count on Slatile to come out and repair the slate tiles on my roof. I've used Slatile Roofing two times now and in both instances I've been 100% satisfied with the experience. They may cost more but the added cost ensures you get skilled union workers, quality craftsmanship, on-time appointments, repairs done in a timely manner and no monkey business. You know who will show up and when they will be finished. Also, what is most important, you are instructed on what needs to be done and you're not scammed into unnecessary extra repairs to pad the contractors pockets. Bad experience but can not find anyone else to get on my 3 story 12/12 pitch roof. They told my insurance they would send a guy out the next day... nothing. She called them he blamed someone else and said hed call her back never did. The guys did show up to do the work. Nice crew but still have yet to get a quote after they said they would get me one. Townes was amazing but didnt have the proper equipment to do my roof. But i think I will give them another shot. Maybe they were having a bad week.

Extremely bad experience! An historic residential stone fireplace face was to have a crack repaired. The repair was mis-diagnosed up front, the crack was ground larger, the wrong patching material was used, and the bill was in excess of the hours actually worked. They did agree to a smaller payment, but I'm left with a mess. Never offered to correct. I'll end up paying someone else more to fix! :(

Not a customer but after what i seen today i wouldnt. One of there company vehicles was on ironwood rd, driving north and driving like a bat out of hell. If thats how they drive with no reguards to other drivers on the road then i would definitely not be hiring them for any job.
