We had a toilet leak from upstairs onto a ceiling. The ceiling could have just been repaired, but we had some other ideas. While other contractors came in and told us what they could do, Tom came in and wanted to listen to our vision for the living room. His expertise with older homes (ours is 100+) immediately earned our trust. His crew all were really nice guys and were a pleasure to have at our house every day during the project. From demo to electrical to drywall to trim to carpet, our expectations were exceeded and the craftsmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend them and will utilize them again.

Tom and his crew have been amazing to work with. They have done extensive renovations on two of my businesses that have been in historic buildings. Tom's eye to bring the building back to the original architecture while ensuring the buildings are structurally sound have been nothing short of amazing. I love working with K2!

Hired! Professional and personable with ease of communicating. Text, email, phone all used throughout project whenever I had a question or concern. Very responsive. Four months and my tear off and reshingle job is still not done. Damage done to my home, popped tires from poor nail clean up, water pouring inside my home from two different leaks, wet insulation, non-returned calls, texts, emails. Would give zero stars if I could.
