I dealt with Adam this year in residing and new windows for my home in Crown Point. Not only was this man friendly, knowledgeable and professional he transformed my home into a masterpiece. Worked with Adam to coordinate a roof tear off on a two story home. He was professional, detailed, transparent and communicative from start to finish. The workmanship was satisfactory and crews cleaned up well. Adam also repaired some damaged trim found during the roof install. Very easy to work with throughout the process. Relianz Restorations was great! They battled it out with my insurance company and got me an amazing deal on my roof. They made it very clear to me that the insurance policy that I have was not sufficient… They suggested many possible options, as far as which insurance company would best suit my needs moving forward. The man that I mainly dealt with was Adam, he is enthusiastic and aggressive all well-being very kind and understanding. He knows all the ins and outs with the insurance companies, and the best ways to deal with them and he got the job done…

Relianz Restorations was by far the best solution to getting my roof and siding redone. They made the experience extremely easy to navigate as a first time homeowner, and worked with me to get the results I wanted. Not only that, but when it came time for them to do the hard labor for a job I would have expected to take at least a few days with a crew, took them only a few hours! The cleanup alone blew me away, as they were sure to pick up every last spec after tearing down the old material. Aside from their fantastic work, their customer service has been the best bar none. My wife and I headed into some hard times amid the job, and Adam did everything in his power to help us with flexible pricing, and even offerd payment installments to help us get back on our feet. I recommend anyone looking for a company to do home improvement to do themselves a favor and call Relianz Restoration.

Made our insurance claim such an easy process! We needed our roof and siding replaced after a storm. Josh came out, handled everything and kept us completely informed on what was going on. Even stopped by before he had to be at work to make sure I had enough time to pick and match colors. He was easily accessible and answered every one of my million questions quickly and efficiently. The roof was torn off and redone in less than a day and the siding was done by 2pm! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

This place is a scam. I had roof damage in July of 2023. My adjuster completely ghosted me. It's now March 2024 they have a partial check of mine from State Farm. I paid to get my roof fixed out of my pocket. Now I'm trying to get in contact with my Adjuster so they can take their 30% and I get the rest and I get the run around daily. Don't ever do work with them or Todd Boss (the adjuster).

Relianz misrepresented themselves. And was very intimidating. I only worked with 1 representative my whole time. Said they would do all work from a storm damage. But when it came time they refused to do some the work that wasn't going to make them alot of money. Said he would turn it in anyway and keep money for my deductible. Thought I hired a different company and they came out and said they were the same company. I signed a contract for them to do all the work as I was told. I filed the claim I had the tree removed and temporary fencing I took pictures I submitted what was ruined in yard.After I told them I had check they came over. They were up set that check was in my name and not theirs. He said the will do siding and roof thats where money is as he laughed.. Rep then stated that he would walk away if I didn't like it (only doing the profitable parts but that I owed him for getting out of the contract. They walked away with over 4700.00 for putting on a tarp and coming over in a total of 3 hours to talk. They broke the contract by refusing to do all the work. But I was intimidated to pay or threatened with court. They even followed me to the bank. They were also upset that my son in law and his friend were over for me. I'm not saying they don't do good work they never would tell me what company was going to do my siding he said I have Mexicans. Dont get caught up in these fast talking act like they will help you company. I'm not saying they don't do good work. The tarp looked good for a couple of months
