I highly recommend Terry’s for window and siding replacement. Chad Tarry came to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional as he explained the services and products they offered that would meet our needs.Justin was in charge of siding our house. His team was efficient and courteous and respectful to us and our property. They were able to make our house look new again. One tricky spot with meters and pipes was able to be worked around when the siding couldn’t fit underneath.Tony, Brian and Nick took out the original one pain windows from our 70 yr old house. Even when the windows couldn’t be removed as expected, they knew what to do. They adapted a plan to install the front picture window after the removal didn’t leave the opening as expected so that it is secure and sealed. The finished installation looks like there was never a problem.I am very happy with their services, attention to detail, efficiency, and respectful manner. Terry’s Discount Windows is the best. The salesman John is so nice and not pushy. He’s going to make sure you get what you want. I love my new windows they are beautiful. The guys who did the install were great too, very professional and quick. I did have to wait long time for the windows to come in but it was worth the wait. Chad the service writer did a wonderful job giving us the quote.then we went with terry’s windows and doors.they came out on schedule to do entry doors than the windows. Josh and the crews were very professional friendly and did an incredible Job and cleaned up when the jobs were done room by room. We’re customers for life! I can’t say enough about this company! Nick, and his crew were early to our appt. They wasted no time getting started. Work tarps were laid out at high traffic areas on the carpet. They kept all work areas clean of debris, as well as removing any after the installation. Fast, friendly, and efficient! A few months ago I was in the market to have 3 windows and a glass sliding door replaced. After a lot of research I chose Terry's Discount Windows because they had such a good reputation among their customers. There were no issues with the installations and I was pleased with the job. It was for that reason that I recently chose Terry's again to have another widow installed. This time there was "a hiccup" with the order. When I contacted Terry's to try and resolve, it was Terry, himself, who contacted me (while he was on vacation) to remedy the issue. While hiccups can occur in any business, it's how Terry handled this one which makes Terry's Discount Windows stand out among other companies. Terry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is what has earned him all those great customer reviews. I highly recommend!

I had windows that were badly in need of being replaced. John the sales rep was very kind and informative. I didn’t feel pressure at all to buy from them. On the day of installation there was a minor hiccup (we were a window short due to a manufacturing error) but the issue was resolved right away. The installation guy made a phone call at my house rather than wait until he got back to the office to figure out what happened. The windows look very nice and it feels great to be able to open windows at my house now since I wasn’t able to before! Senior Specialist Chad came out to give me an estimate. I have needed a new bay window for years. Chad explained everything about their windows.He told me to contact him if I had any questions. When my husband and I were looking for a new sliding door for our living room we had many estimates. We were just beginning to think that it was going to be too expensive and my husband would have to do it himself. While that was a viable option, it was not a convenient one because he works 2 jobs and has very little spare time for projects that size. But then one day while in Crown Point I saw a Terry's Discount Windows sign on someone's lawn and made the decision to get an estimate from Terry's, that was a great decision. Terry's representative showed up at our house and was very polite and informative. He talked about the good quality products available to us, and the price was right in line with what we wanted to pay. Our new door was installed this past January and we have been very happy with it. The installation crew was great, very respectful of our home and their work was beautiful. The new door is so much better than the last one. And I'm sure it's saving us money on energy because I don't feel any drafts around it at all. Terry's was a great decision and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for new windows or doors. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for future needs.

Terry's installed all new windows in our house in July of 2020. Caleb came out and gave us a fair and accurate price and was easy to work with. Dave and his crew did our installation and they did an amazing job! You can tell that Dave takes his pride in his work and he holds his crew to the same standards. He had no problems answering any of my 100 questions explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. We did have a couple of minor issues after installation was complete. A couple of sashes came in with the wrong glass in them and we had a miscommunication on how we wanted the windows edging finished. They came out promptly and corrected those things with no fuss or hassle. We highly recommend this company to anybody, and are currently in the process of using them again to replace our French Doors. Terry’s Windows is a great company to work with! Installation was quick and the windows look amazing. Only issue was with the appointment scheduler, he seemed to get an annoyed tone very fast and didn’t think that scheduling our install was a priority. When our installer needed to come back to fix some caulking, I never got a call back and had to continue to call back until I got an appointment scheduled. Overall I highly recommend this company!
