We just had our residential roof replaced by Tri-County and were very happy with the customer service and work provided by them. From the initial call to get an appointment with our salesman Jimmy, working with production coordinator Sara and finally Adam (Project Manager) and his crew, everyone was very professional and extremely easy to work with. Our quote was done quickly and was very detailed as to all the work that would be part of the job. The crew that came out worked very hard to get the old roof stripped off and new roof, skylights, vents installed in a day and a half. The finished product looks great and the crew did very good job of leaving the entire work site spotless. Would highly recommend Tri-County for you roofing projects.

Hired them to come and seal an area where I had water intrusion. The guy tried to say the white flashing sticking out from between my tan siding and tan brick is ok. Then he proceeded to say it'll be an extra $300 if I want the issue fixed. I called their office. He came back later and cut the flashing with a multi tool while the flashing was on my brick. It did damaged some of my bricks.The final caulk looked hideous and it wasn't even necessary since the flashing was already caulked. I could have done a better job at caulking...and he's supposed to be the professional.Their prices are not cheap. I was willing to pay for quality work.... What I got was not quality workNegatives:-Damage to bricks-Worker failed to follow the specifics of the contractUpdate: I wish that the worker had followed through with the specifics of the contract I signed with their estimator...this issue could have been avoided. The company did reach out to me to resolve the issue. I acknowledge that it's almost impossible to clean caulk from brick and and restore it to its previous look. I appreciate that they care about the satisfaction of their customers and try to remediate the situation.

I had my leaking skylight replaced. Scott was very professional. He explained the process before we began and laid out what I was to expect from the job. Scott was right within the window provided to me from Sara (who was also helpful in following up and answering my questions through email was was very convenient). I'm not to sure how the outside looks since I didn't climb on the roof to check the work, but Scott gave me piece of mind by going over the work that he completed. The price of the job was a bit more than the competition, but seems to be worth it.Service: Skylight repair

David came out to check our roof after a branch fell and damaged the edge - he was knowledgeable and helpful. I called him out again before the repair guys came and he quickly helped us get an estimate and get us on schedule to have both damaged areas repaired on the same visit.Unfortunately, between scheduling the repair and the repair happening, a tree fell on our roof and into our garage. Jason, Jeremy, and Tim came out to fix the existing damage and to look at the new damage. One of them (I forget which, sorry) was nice enough to, free of charge, nail up a rafter that had been broken by the tree to get our garage door working again, which has made the past month MUCH easier than it would have been otherwise. It took awhile to get on the schedule, but that was expected with trying to get work done in the spring and the current delays in getting materials (also our project wasn't super time sensitive). Tri-county fixed a raft of accumulated problems on my roof. Replaced flat roof (over part of my house) which had major leaks, replaced shingles in several large areas which had become problematic. The biggest discovery was highly inadequate attic ventilation--what I thought were leaks were condensation. They installed roof vents, soffit vents, etc.David Florio recently came back and fixed a small leak in another area. And showed me that I had a termite infestation I had no knowledge of.A good point of Tri-county roofing is explaining things. They took the time to show me what was going on, I got up in the attic space and could see the phenomena for myself. We had a very interesting experience with Tri-County Roofing and Gutters. Last year we had our roof replaced by Tri-County. As they were wrapping up the job, the project manager (Adam) noticed a problem with the shingles (Owens Corning). He said he would have the office work with them to get replacements. Now the challenge began. Owens Corning admitted the problem was their shingles but didn’t want to pay the full cost to to replace them. The Tri-County team went back and forth with Owens Corning for months. We finally got resolution when the owner of Tri-County, Joe, stepped in and worked with us on how to close the gap. He was professional and focused on doing the right thing for us. This week we got our new roof installed (Certainteed this time) and Adam and the crew did another fantastic job. Top notch install was followed up with a world class cleanup. This is a company you can trust to do it right and fairly.Service: Roof installation

What a great experience from start to finish. I had 4 skylights replaced. David came out for the estimate and was on time, polite and professional. Jeremy, Jim and Jason worked so hard installing the skylights and were very nice and left the area cleaner then when they started. The replaced skylights look awesome! Had some delays due to the weather but Sarah did a great job keeping me updated and informed. Even Fredia who took my payment was very sweet. I had an issue with my gutters not draining properly. I called Tri-County and they put me in their schedule. Cody stopped by to look at the scope of the job and gave me a quote same day. I currently have gutter helmets and the end caps were missing. Allowing debris and wildlife to get into the gutters. They customized endcaps for my existing gutter system. It looks great and is now functional. This is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. The communication was great throughout the process the price was great and they did a great Job. They even sent me pictures of what the inside of the gutters looked like before and after. We had Tri County roofing come and look at our gutters because they kept overflowing and ruining the facia. Cary came out and inspected everything, roof, gutters, facia, everything. He then gave us three different proposals on how to correct the problem. His inspection was thorough and even had pictures to show us. We agreed to have Tri County roofing and gutters fix the problem. Jason and Dave came out and worked on our problem. They were efficient and professional. I had my roof and skylight replaced in March of 2023 by Tri-County Roofing and Gutters and was very pleased with the professional services provided. David Florio made a professional and comprehensive inspection where he noted some problems and provided solutions and Adam, who supervised the work, was attentive to the details. They performed some siding and gutter repairs at my house. Jason and Dave were very professional and did a nice job with the siding, which ended up including more damage when they removed the siding. They revised the estimate to include the additional repairs. Our gutter installers followed, also doing nice work, and even alerting us to some concerning things in the neighborhood, considering that we weren't home at the time.Service: Gutter repairs

Absolutely fantastic company! Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, no non-sense, and professional. Cary was outstanding and explained the process clearly. No surprise this company keeps busy...but be patient, it is worth the month wait, trust me!Edit: Company did not do the install of my rubber roof correctly. Had another company come out and they said that there were many mistakes made. It seems these mistakes caused the rubber roofing to come up, and not the "raccoon" damage. The owner's brother was not responsive when I asked for pictures to be sent to me. I'll be looking elsewhere for future work and I suggest you do the same. They send out constant emails trying to bribe you to review and refer to friends.

They installed a new roof and skylight for us. when I called them a few years later to come back and check due to a spot on our ceiling, they determined it was something unrelated to our roof. They fixed the problem anyway, and didn't charge us anything for the repair. I was very impressed with that. They recently installed new gutters with leaf guards. As always, they were very professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. We worked mostly with Dave, and he's always been very responsive.
