We live in a HOA neighborhood. We share a duplex with our "Roof Mate." Josh, owner of A.J. Roofing came out in Jan of 2024 and gave us an estimate on tearing off the old roof and installing a new one. We had asked for an April install. I had gotten other estimates and Josh was $9,000 under the next lowest we had. He didn't ask if we had gotten other quotes or how much they were, he just gave us the best price. The roof was installed in one day and looks great. His crew was polite and very accommodating. Clean up was beyond my expectations. Just a great experience working with Josh.

Best price on my roof. Excellent shingles Crew came in and in one day did a tear off and left at 7pm with a new roof in place. Cleaned up. Placed my gutter guards back and didn’t even disturb Christmas decorations around the outside. Extremely happy with the service, shingle, and price. On Tuesday 3/26/24, my contractor discovered a leak during a remodel in my home. I called AJ Roofing who came & assessed the old damaged roof. By end of day Saturday 3/30/24, AJ Roofing had tore off the old roof & completed a new roof. The staff worked HARD all day to get it completed. They were professional & courteous, & the cleanup was awesome as well. Josh communicated with me throughout the day regarding their work & progress. The roof looks great. Fantastic job to all of AJ Roofing staff. My contractor can now return to complete my remodeling project in the home with no worries about roof leak anymore, now or later. I am very grateful to AJ Roofing & I am very pleased. Thank you.

After the snow had melted, we noticed a whole line of water leak marks drizzling down our wall from the ceiling of our garage where the garage attaches to the house. The flashing had failed. It's my impression that most roofers would have insisted on redoing the entire roof even though it didn't need it. Josh from AJ Construction & Roofing assessed the situation and said we just needed a repair. He was so respectful and really listened to my concerns and answered every question. Less than a week later, the crew came and fixed the roof without leaving any mess. They were so nice, hard working, and efficient. They even made eye contact and smiled! (Which is something one rarely experiences anymore.) It shouldn't matter, but I am 64. Anyone around my age knows how cutthroat everything has become when you need help with repairs. I honestly cannot recommend Josh and his crew enough. It was actually quite a pleasant experience ... apart from the whole leaking roof situation of course. Call them first.

Josh and his team were an absolute dream to work with! I had wind damage, a hole in my roof, and racoons, the whole 9 yards. Josh and his team made the process so easy and stress free, which is hard to do when you’re looking at replacing you’re entire roof! And his guys did it in one day! They replaced my roof in September 2023, for a very reasonable price. I was getting estimates for 10K to 12K and AJ came in at half of that price with an equal, or better shingle. Installed mostly in 1 day, with finishing touches the next day. They did a great job on clean up as I found no shingles, nails or staples in the yard when they were done. Roof looks great.
