Dave and Nate called ahead to confirm my appointment time, they arrived exactly on time and promptly installed and tested new smoke detectors. They were very accommodating and nice and even vacuumed when the job was complete. So refreshing as so many service providers simply won’t show up at all, won’t return calls and obviously don’t care.Couldn’t have been more pleased!

My experience with Vermillion has been simply the best. From our initial site visit with Sales Manager Bob to discuss our camera and security needs to our equipment installer Chris for making it all happen. These 2 alone are superstars and really know what they are doing. The office staff that we have worked with, Bill and Mindy, are also super-efficient and prompt. I’ve been working with Vermillion for more than twelve years. They installed both the security and audio systems in our new house and did an excellent job. Even though they have since emphasized the security aspects of their business, they nonetheless have continued to support us whenever we needed updates to both security and audio systems. They are easy to deal with, prompt, and efficient and I recommend them most highly.Update: Just as an example today I needed some minor service on our security system. I submitted an online request, was called within the hour by Fay, and Merle, one of the techs with whom I had worked before was here in another hour. Merle immediately identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I understand that there was a certain amount of luck involved because Merle was in the vicinity but still you can’t ask for better service.

I usually try to fix and repair things around my home myself but when something is beyond my ability I call in the pros.I needed some Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detectors replaced that were causing problems for me.
