We chose to work with Lake City Construction when our house needed new siding, trim, and gutters. Granite Thilmony is a very honest and conscientious businessman. His crew is very conscientious, respectful, courteous, and professional. They work hard and leave the grounds clean and free of debris.As for the quality of their work...it speaks for itself. The attached photos show excellent craftsmanship. The smallest details are considered, even down to the thin, nearly invisible bead of clear silicone sealant around every piece of window trim. I didn't ask for that and they didn't promise it, but it's part of doing a quality job and they did it.I cannot recommend them enough and I would hire them again without hesitation. Given the quality of their work, they are often booked far in advance. If you have the time to be patient with their schedule, they are definitely worth the wait. Their price was very competitive.

Lake City Construction did a fantastic job installing the new metal roof on our cottage we are remodeling. A death in the family caused me to have to keep changing the project, but Granite was very understanding and easy to work with.The guys showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I used Lake City Construction without very much fore knowledge of their work. As I needed work done on My house roof as it had developed a leak. I called them for I wanted someone in the Warsaw area as they contribute to our area. As the exiting roof had been in service quite awhile and was coming close to its end and my wife and me decided to have it replaced with a new metal one. The estimate was within what we knew to be close to what one would cost we went with Warsaw City. And I can say after watching them work and their attention to detail on cutting and fitting of the metal around the corners and the valleys where separate roofs came together and their working as a total team effort of each man doing their assigned work area it was a sight to behold as to how fast they did the putting on the new roof. I thought it would take them at least a week to do the work, but it didn't! They arrived at 8:30 Wednesday morning and by Thursday at 1:30 they were DONE! And the job they did was I don't believe good have been done any better than they did. If someone is look for roofing work to be done. I would suggest they contact Warsaw City Construction. They responded quickly, came out the same day I called about our roof leaking, gave a reasonable quote on site, and had our new roof on just over a week later (and it looks great). Can't say enough about how easy they are to work with. Went above and beyond driving out to our place a few times to get things squared away and very communicative. If I could give more stars I would. They did a fantastic job. If you want a great looking roof at a great price. They are great on detail. They are the one. We got the extra moisture barrier for our metal roof. We got the charcoal gray. They are much better priced than others around town. Granite was great to work with. Easy to get a hold of. We had a tree fall through our house and hired a construction crew. They spent three weeks and just started getting shingles on. I fired them when I saw all the shoddy work and short cuts .Granite and Lake City Construction came to the rescue. They spent one day fixing all the other company’s mistakes as well as ripping off all the shingles they put on incorrectly. My house was completed by day three. Their work was impeccable and the crew worked together seamlessly and gave me in three days what the other company could not accomplish over three weeks!! They are very personable and polite. They clean up their mess as if it was never there. They’re just good professional people that do outstanding work!!
