LCR responded quickly after our house fire in Oct 2023. This was our first fire, so we depended on LCR to guide us through the process.They did so with the utmost professionalism and insight. Their expertise in working with insurance companies helped us to maximize our policy's benefits.LCR's response teams are terrific! A huge shout out to Tim and Ciera. Tim has an extensive background prevously as an insurance adjuster. With Tim on your side, nothing is overlooked. As an example, when our insurance company balked at replacing some of our appliances, Tim and his team, using state-of-the-art technology, performed a forensic investigation of the motors, wiring, and control boards. This demonstrated that highly corrosive soot was present in densities which made these appliances unsafe to use.Beyond LCR's technical prowess, their client-first attitude made working with them a complete pleasure.Ciera and her team showed great attention to detail in their post fire on-site and off-site work. Ciera prepared extensive spreadsheets, complete with pictures, depicting both salvageable and non-salvageable items. This data was of critical importance in making our case to the insurance company. We easily could have left $20k on the table without this excellent work on our behalf.LCR is a company you can trust.We recommend them highly to do an excellent job for their clients.

I have been in building trades for over 20 years. Lake City Restoration is a top tier company! James and Aaron exceeded any expectations I had. From day one I was told what to expect and how they would handle the situation. Follow up calls explaining what they did throughout. Nothing but professional and kind. This sign says it all......we had our first emergency as a home owner. I met David, exactly 7 days prior to my emergency. Very nice and professional. Our washing machine drain hose came loose and water went everywhere and especially down in our basement. I called the number and was directed to David. He came out immediately and got started on the restoration. I wouldn't have known what to do. After a few days of blowers / dehumidifiers going 24/7 The water was gone. They were able to remote access the dehumidifiers to ensure they were doing their job. They also had infrared devices to check for moisture. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I, unfortunately needed restoration services after my sump pump quit working and flooded my basement. I am so happy that I called Lake City restoration! These two were so friendly and very professional. They came and got the work done in a very timely fashion! I would recommend these two for any services that you would need. I initially hired a different service company to handle a minor mold problem in my home, and they strung me out for 5 months, and escelated the issue ten-fold. I fired them, and hired Lake City Restoration to come in and remediate what had turned into the largest and most complex mold problem in the history of Kosciusko County. David, James, and Logan worked around the clock, 7 days a week, for nearly 6 weeks in my home. Their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. Each day I received some form of communication with updates on their progress. David took such great care of my family both professionally and personally through the whole process. David at Lake City Restoration came to the rescue when we needed professional remediation at the last minute!The day before we were to have our buyer’s home inspection done I decided to jump on a pending bathroom remodel to surprise the buyer which included new flooring and painting the walls... Well, the surprise was on me. As I pulled up the sheet vinyl I found standing water between the flooring and the vanity along with soggy drywall behind the toilet. Needless to say, I panicked!I immediately googled Home Advisors for an estimate and within 2 minutes got a phone call from LCR. David was professional and very knowledgeable on the phone and explained their process of water & microbial remediation. David showed up 2 hours later that afternoon for a free evaluation & estimate of the situation. He put my mind to ease as he walked me through the next steps.Where Lake City Restoration really shined is that knowing we were having the house inspected the next day, David personally texted me at 9 that evening if he could drop some equipment off at the house. 15 minutes later I had a commercial dehumidifier, HEPA air scrubber, and a 1000 cfm air mover in that bathroom for no additional trip charge. The next day when the buyer and home inspector saw there was evidence of water damage, they were satisfied that a professional company, like Lake City Restoration was already on the scene taking care of business.David and Lake City Restoration saved the inspection and the sale! Moral of the story: “Don’t go starting a bathroom remodel the day before inspection, but if you do have Lake City Restoration’s number handy just in case. You never know what you’ll find under sheet vinyl.”

Very responsive, detailed paperwork, but you are going to $$PAY$$ for it. I was pleased with the work. I know inflation is high, and costs are going up, I can't help but revert to this: As Winston Churchill was working to form the United Nations after WWII, he famously said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste”.I feel that's exactly what happened in my situation.
