I want to give a better review of this company, as they saved our figurative bacon when it was hot; however, we agreed to buy a yearly service contract in August of 2022. They never came back. As far as I can remember, the agreement was for a winter and a summer inspection service. We called them in March of 2024 (more than a year-and-a-half later) and they said they wouldn't do an inspection service because it had expired. After I complained and said that they had not done their part, they agreed to "meet in the middle" and come do an inspection service if we would buy another service contract.THAT'S NOT COMPROMISE, THAT'S EXTORTION.If they were truly interested in customer service - or even upholding their end of the contract - they would come do their contractual inspection service.No thank you.

Furnace went out yesterday early morning, Called Edward's Royal Comfort. Jim was here before the time we were told he would be here. Bad news he said we would need a new furnace. Called office and they said Carl would be here between 2 and 4pm, again he was here right at 2pm. He got us a quote and we were told that they would be here first thing the next morning to install the new furnace. 8am sharp Mike was in our driveway ready to go. Best experience ever, great people, fast service, top notch quality. We would recommend Edward's Royal Comfort to everyone.

Strongly recommend these guys for any heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. They did a fantastic job with everything. Very timely, friendly, and professional. Phil did a really good job with the furnace and ac installation. Aaron hooked up my water heater left everything looking great and even helped with another project I was working on. I’ve gotten quotes from several other companies and these guys definitely beat everyone out! Give these guys a call before anyone else!

Holden showed up for our furnace inspection, and he was very courteous and personable. I think my wife wants to adopt him because you don't see many young adults show good character like Holden does. They installed a new Bryant Evolution cold weather heat pump with matching air to air furnace, and Evolution Connex thermostat. Did a beautiful job! They didn't leave until the equipment was all functioning properly. I was amazed that the thermostat downloaded the software to update all equipment, even told them charging values for Bryant's Puron. Holden Parris was one of the techs, fit the new furnace to the existing duct, furnace has never been installed as well a the Edward's techs did. My only regret was That I did not call them the first time. I would have saved thousands of dollars. Edwards heating and cooling installed a heat pump/furnace/AC unit at my house almost two years ago. There were parts of the installation that I had issues with, but the equipment has been great. I have to be diligent about setting up service appointments, since they don't do that automatically or send reminders. Email responses to the office are often missed, but calls get through. Lonnie has done my service each of the last 2 times and he's been helpful and prompt. EDIT: 12/18/20 - Had a service window from 12-2 today and got a call that the crew was "on the way" at 2:15 with ETA of 2:30. There was NO communication early in the day or even within my service window to communicate that technicians were running late.

This is a one star review. We have a service contract. Furnace stopped working on 12/17. Called several times starting at 10am and finally got a call back at 6:30 p.m. Tech showed up at 8:15 p.m. Didn't have the ignitor. Was called the next day for payment, but the "universal" ignitor didn't fit correctly and the furnace stopped working again within a week. 01/05/23 they came back (third time) to replace, and someone had ordered an ignitor for a different brand of furnace. Today, it's finally fixed. Four times waiting around for the "window" of time they would show up. Do not recommend. Will not use again.Service: Repair HVAC

Easy to work with. Came up with a great solution to my heating and cooling needs. Our furnace and A/C handling unit were in the attic above the garage. NOT GOOD as you get older when you need to change the filter!They sent out a 3 man crew and moved it all into the garage. Very fair price. A side note.... one of the trucks caught the edge of our gutter and damaged it.... Edwards allowed me to handle getting it replaced and reimbursed me same day when I presented the bill.We are 110% satisfied and recommend this company!D. Larson

Technician arrived on time as promised. Even called ahead to verify arrival. John is fast and efficient and I am really glad we did our tune up before the bitter cold of this winter hit. Our furnace kept us warm in -41 degree windchill. We highly recommend Edwards Royal Comfort!
