I got screwed over by a different contractor. Had to take them to small claims court. Not wanting to make the same mistake I hired Rossi to finish the work. Well that was another mistake. Chad the owner told me in early Oct that he would be a few weeks out from starting. My house at the time had no siding on it due to previous contractor not finishing the work. My completion date was before Xmas. That date was given just in case supplies weren't in stock which they were. They didn't even start my project until mid January and didn't finish til June! And they're not even finished! I'm having a very hard time getting them back here to fix their mistakes! Getting someone to answer my phone calls is about impossible. They kept screwing up my deck which is still screwed up. I have siding that keeps falling down. And I have brick in the front that also didn't adhere and is laying on the ground. I thought a company like rossi would do good work but I was totally wrong. I rocked their sign in my front yard with a big X going thru it until they came and took it. I may have to take Rossi to small claims as well. I paid a lot of money for shotty work. Even if and when they fix their mistakes I still won't be satisfied. My deck boards don't even hit one of the posts! They had to put shims on top of the post so there wasn't a gap between it and the deck boards! Originally I was going to have them do my kitchen this year but I'm so turned off by them that I will never use them for anything ever. And I hope whoever reads this doesn't either! I will be adding pictures soon!

Rossi is the best contractor I have ever used. I had a full basement finished. The job put in a Mother in Law suite with a full kitchen , bathroom, bedroom, living room and storage area. The employees were all very skilled and professional. The Porter county inspector was so impressed with the plumbing done by Jerry and the electric done by Tom he asked for their names. The work done by Ruben was incredible, he did the cabinets, bathroom, closets and flooring. His was such a nice man and did the most detailed work Ive ever had done. When he finished for the day he cleaned the area and took any garbage with him. At the end of the job he even vacuumed and moped the floor. The project managers Mike and Phil had one goal, making me happy. Never once did they try charging me for anything extra or up selling outside of our contract. These guys are the real deal and if you need a project done I would call them last. The reason I say that, is because they were my 4th estimate and not only did they do great work, but were significantly cheaper then the other three. I cant forget to mention Rodney who did so much of the labor and lumber carrying while still respecting my property and always friendly and professional.Thank you guys for the best contractor experience Ive ever had.Service: Basement remodeling

Rossi put a roof on my house. They are unprofessional and arrogant! They used the wrong shingles for my roof, and they put shingles where they should have put aluminum siding. The shingles have been falling off my home ever since Rossi Construction put them up. Rossi Construction is not a good company to due business with. People beware of Rossi Construction company they do SHODDY WORK!!! I wish I had never used Rossi Construction or gave them all that money! Now I need a new roof!!! The shingles were coming off in 2013 and they are still coming off. You guys came to the house and saw that and did absolutely nothing...I should have and will turn you into the better business bureau! Just completely disgusted by your arrogant and SHODDY WORKMAN SHIP. MAYBE YOU DID THIS TO ME BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN, A BLACK WOMAN WHO Lives in Gary. Their is no excuse for using the wrong type shingles or putting shingles where there was supposed to be siding. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it. I will also contact the FTC. You also came out and tried to sell me one window for 300 dollars who does that I guess Rossi does. I wonder what the BBB and Indiana State Attorney will say about this!

They were awful. We ended up telling them to stop because things were going downhill and fast. They said they'd quit but we still needed to pay and to look at the fine print of what we signed. They said they'd put a lien on our home. They were so terrible and rude we still paid and made them leave. This was a room addition. One man worked on the entire thing. The paint was on the ceiling and we had to tear up the carpet in the hallway because he tracked it out of the room. Drywall was bowed and said there was nothing he could do (after having it redone by another company it's fine). He stained all the trim work and then said it didn't match our floors and was a train wreck. This is just a handful of the mess we had.

Rossi finished my basement and it came out great! They have done a lot of work for me. Refinished my driveway, then when the mothers day storm came they did the roof, siding, window, sky lights, gutters and down spouts. I also had them put a huge deck off the back of my home. All at a good price and good workmanship.

Terrible experience with Chad that only does quotes on Tuesdays. I gave exact details of what needed to be quoted couldn’t be home on Tuesday. Quote with dollar amount written on a business card and voicemail he left appeared quoted wrong. Left Chad four voicemails even left email if he wanted to send details of quote so I can verify correct. So after leaving 4 voicemails mails about dollar amount written on his card, I will never call them again. Very unprofessional to not return calls and to write a dollar amount on a business card.

Had a guy come out and give an estimate. He asked if I was expecting a child. Lol no so thanks for calling me fat. Hard losing weight after having 3 kids back to back bro. Price is too high. Trying to charge 2k for a window. 3k labor. That's way too high lol.

They did our roof and they installed gutters and we have been experiencing problems with the gutters on the way they were mounted and they leak. Made several calls to the office for someone to show up and fix the problem and no one will show up. Not satisfied with the job and it's all still under warranty. So what are we supposed to do!!!!!
