The owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Our unit was sent back after a brief conversation that ended in him telling me he was just going to send the unit back after I had given him feedback because he refused to call me back after I had spoken to his wife. He decided the date he would install the system without calling or setting an appointment knowing I had a funeral for an immediate family member and also other obligations that would take me out of town.. I hope the owner can find warmth in his heart one day and heal whatever hurt has made him as miserable as he’s become.

Furnace was acting up (in December) and Other local businesses said it would be 2 weeks at least to get it fixed and Action was here within 24 hours to get the furnace working! I called them last minute the day before and they still were here the next morning! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing HVAC/Plumbing service!
