I love these guys. Awesome communication. Patience with the customer. They make sure all your questions are answered and go over the finished project to make sure everything is as you requested. They work with other contractors who may be working on your house. After the project was complete, I changed my mind on the spout direction of a gutter and decided I wanted to flip up the extention spout on a couple others. They were great about coming back and making those changes. Definitely recommend and will use again if their service is ever needed.

We had damage from hail. Cody was very responsive and timely in evaluating the damage and worked with our insurance so we could have very timely repair of the damage. So thankful for Advantage! We were in the process of selling our home and a hail storm wrecked havoc on not only our house but the closing date! Advantage Seamless Gutters came out and gave us an amazingly reasonable quote and allowed for us to prepay so we wouldn’t have to escrow. They knew we were up against a timeline and they came out quick and got the job done right! It looks amazing! Now we wish we would have stayed in the house just to get some use out of them! Wonderful experience all the way around. I called for information and quote, the call center took my basic information and a local rep (Cody) made an appointment within a day or two.Job was quoted on site with detailed drawings and info on seamless gutters.Notification was provided a day or two before the team was to be on site.Installation was professional and quick. After I had already signed a contract, Advantage team members, Jake Tharaldson and Kodi Jensen, did something quite honorable and all too rare these days in business. In examining one portion of my guttering, they explained to me that the fault was with some trim on the metal shingles, and not with the existing gutter and shield. They could have just finished installing replacement gutter shields, and charged the full price.Instead, they chose to do the ethical thing, and advise me that my guttering was fine. My contract price was reduced, with not even a request by me. Cody Schwarck, who estimated my job, was also a pleasure; he didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive product.Standards come from the top, so ethical workmen are the result of ethical management. If you can't show up on time as a contractor, in this age when you're competing against multiple other contractors for business in your own specific skilled trade...whom would give you their money? Nobody would! Not impressed. They acted more like sales men than someone who is listening to what their client wants achieved. I'd definitely recommend other rain gutter companies in the area over this company.

After requesting a quote from advantage they were so grossly overpriced I believe its call price gouging. Everyone knows in this industry that insurance pays more then we bid jobs. Their bid was 1900.00 more then insurance was paying they tried to tell me thats because the insurance doesnt pay to take the gutters off, when we all know they do at the beginning of the estimate it says R&R which stands for remove and replace as stated in xactimate which they know what it stands for. They are very dishonest in their pricing and are taking advantage of the multi storms that have hit the des moines are I strongly suggest everyone stay clear of these liars and thieves

Was quoted a price and it was quoted twice. Paid for it and as soon as they were to start the project, price almost tripled. Went from 1900 to 5200. That's not a mistake that's a bait n switch. No good.
