We just completed our unfinished basement with 3 Sons Construction, and we would highly recommend working with Ty and his team! We gained a family room, bedroom, and bathroom, and not to mention, we asked 3 Sons to get creative with a wet bar, double tap kegerator included! We had design inspiration coming in, and we partnered with Ty to make it function for us and the space. The team was very professional from communicating with us to coming in and out of our home without making a mess to becoming friends with our dog. 3 Sons will be getting our business for any future home projects.

Ty and his team were respectful and performed quality work on enclosing our covered deck and removing walls to make the space an addition to our existing living space! We ran into issues with our flooring being shipping / status which caused delay. Ty and his amazing crew at 3 Sons Construction just recently finished up a kitchen remodel project for our family. Before we started the project, I consulted with 4 different contractors about our project. Ty was the 3rd person I met with, and after meeting with him, I said to my wife, “I don’t know how the 4th person will be, but I have a strong feeling he’s going to be the guy who does our kitchen remodel”. Ty just listened so much better than the other contractors I spoke with. He truly wanted to make our vision become a reality, and he and his team nailed it. Our project included removing a wall separating our living room and kitchen, redoing our entire kitchen layout, new cabinetry, island with a custom built-in bench, appliances, and more custom built-ins as part of converting our pantry to a mud room. It took 8 weeks for the bulk of the work with some finishing touches trailing behind just a bit. Ty communicated so well with us along the way – he explained things, addressed concerns, answered our questions, etc. Ty and his crew were extremely friendly, easy to be around and get along with, and all the subcontractors who he brought in were very friendly and professional as well.  We are in love with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. We hired 3 Sons for a full kitchen remodel. We had gotten quotes from about four different places and went with them because Ty impressed us with his prompt communication and dedication to our project. He was also able to work within our budget more than the other places. The entire crew was amazing to work with. They began demo in mid-April and Ty made sure they had the project finished by the end of May for our daughter's graduation party. We hired 3 Sons Construction to build a 17 x 21 deck located off of the back of our garage and existing 3 season sun-room. Ty gave us a clear idea of the stages of the construction process and an estimated timeline. The attention to detail was impressive, the team built the deck as if they were building it for themselves. Ty transformed my garage. I asked for insulation, heater, new lighting, a floating bench strong enough for the tough boys, and some other water damage repaired. 1) He made sure the attic and all the walls were insulated correctly. I have saved $40 a month on my electric bill. Ty even went out of his way to let me know what wasn't properly done. 2) Repaired and fixed all the water damage. 3) Put in a high grade profession heater and lights. Was HONEST about a price discrepancy from the original quote on the heater. Fairly reduced the price. His electrician who installed the heater was professional and answered all my questions. I can ask LOTS of questions. 4) Sealed up all the cracks between the foundation and wall with trim. Now when I use the leaf blower for the leaves, I don't have dry wall dust and dirt flying everywhere. 5) That bench can hold 400lbs!!! I did pay extra for such a sturdy floating bench. Thats what I wanted. 6) He handled the finishing details of mounting what I needed. 7) He referred me for the apoxy floor. He walked me through the process. OVERALL Ty kept me updated during the whole process. He is honest and fair. If you want quality, Ty is your guy. Check out the before and after pictures it is just amazing.

Recently had our roof replaced by Three Son's Construction. Ty's communication was fantastic. He gave multiple options to accommodate the best look with our current siding - and the price was a great value for the size of our home. The removal, installation and cleanup was done on time and the crew was very considerate of taking care of things around our property including moving and covering items on our back deck. We reached out to 3 Sons Construction and 2 other companies for a quote on remodeling our kitchen and updating our living room, entryway and hallway. Ty responded right away and provided a quote in a week as promised. We decided to go with 3 Sons and are extremely pleased with our decision! Ty's quick response, design, communication skills and quote set 3 Sons apart from the others. We had been talking about remodeling for several years and had lots of ideas but we didn't know where to start. Ty took our ideas, put together a great design and made it happen. It went from a huge project in our minds to easier decisions of flooring, cabinet colors, countertop, backsplash, etc. It suddenly seemed possible and demo began in a short 8 weeks right on schedule. We finished our basement and from the beginning of the process 3 Sons Construction was a step above the competition. We received multiple quotes, however, Ty was able to beat them all. Not only was it a great price, it was an amazing experience with an even better finished product. We love how the basement turned out! We made a few changes along the way and added some additional projects and Ty was able to work that in with minimal addition cost.
