Reviewed the quality of his products, their installation work and his companies excellent rating. He emphasized that the roof will be guaranteed for life. Nick did not rush through everything and made sure all our questions were answered.

We had 4 reputable companies out for a quote for new windows and gutters... Hanson was way over-priced at 3x over what the others quoted. Not impressed!!

Hansons was great when I had my windows installed but if you need warranty work done watch out! I They were bought out in 2017 and now when you need warranty work to replace bad discolored glass they want to charge a 99 dollar inspection fee even though they have all the information! Won’t ever use this company again and as said be careful!

Made me miss work 4 times because of rescheduling then tells me basically it’s screw me and you will just have to be rescheduled again, I’m already paying $2500 for one window, you’d think they’d at least care about a customer who’s paying that much but apparently not. This is the most ridiculous, non caring, scam artist company I’ve ever done business with, keep in mind we ordered windows in July and it’s already going into January and we still don’t have are windows in, if your going to buy from this place don’t listen to the fake 5 star reviews, listen to this one trust me they aren’t worth doing business with at all, I will never use Hanson's again I can tell you that much. Just a pitiful company.

Waiting on appointment for full gutter replacement, and gutter guards.They beat the "leafy" guys by 1/2 on price for better quality products.Mr. Walls was not high pressure sales, items sold themselves, Mr. Walls was very courteous, and polite....The fact he didn't bring beer was a bummer.... Overall the installation went smoothly, the installer did a great job keeping me updated and let me know what was roughly going on.The actual windows however are where I had issues. One of my windows came in small and caused issues during the install. My other issue was that during the manufacturing of the windows something got messed up and the the wrong windows were made without the internal grids, which I had signed a document and an email verifying what windows required grids. The company did not reach out after I talked to the installer about the issue. I ended up calling my PM to get the windows correctly ordered and hopefully they can be installed soon.Everyone has seemed super helpful when I had issues during my install and I will make updates as I hear from the company and my PM.

Donte met with me to do an estimate on siding for my home. He explained everything in very good detail, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Ultimately, the siding ended up being out of our budget at this time, but because of the professionalism shown, we will certainly be considering Hanson's for future projects on our home when our budget allows.

I have had a horrible experience so far they installed my windows which came small in the first place the windows came broken scratched scuffed up and The weather strips on the windows are small on one side of each window so you can see through the window also I bought a sliding door from them and the sliding door came broken as well as the screen of it came broken also missing the latch to be able to lock it
