So unfortunately I had a water issue in my condo which turned out to be much more than I had anticipated! So I luckily got 380 to come and take care of it! I cannot say enough good things about their restoration company! They were very professional and explained everything that had to be done and why they were doing it. Ryan was one of the most understanding contractors I’ve ever worked with. He and his crew could not have done a better job. They were very timely and respectful, not only to me, but To my property. Each day that they left for the day, they made sure everything was Cleaned and organized. I mean, they went above and beyond to wipe things down and made sure that I was comfortable.. Hopefully I never have to go through anything like this again but if I ever do I would definitely call them. It was nice to have everything done and have them pack everything up and go. But at the same time, it was a bit sad. Next step is to see how their recon division goes. But if you ever need restorations, call Ryan at 380 company!

I unfortunately came home a few weeks ago to find my basement full of water. I have never been through anything like this before. My insurance company told me to call someone to take care of it. I was at a loss and googled what to do if you have a basement full of water. 380 Companies caught my eye and I called them. What a huge relief. They showed up right away, they walked me through what they were going to do, and that is exactly what they did. They were all so professional and kind to me and my family! When they left the house was so clean. They took extra care with all of my personal things. I could not have asked for better help. They are amazing and even though I never want to call them again….they are on my speed dial! I was truly blessed with such great help!!!

I had been putting off getting the mold in my basement taken care of. I was worried that it was going to be expensive and that I would be taken advantage of. I know nothing about mold, so I wanted to find somebody that I could trust, and that I believed knew what they were doing. Ryan and Shawn were great to work with and I can be very picky. They were responsive to all of the concerns or questions I had. I never felt like I was bothering them, or being brushed off. They were also great with my old dog, making sure she didn’t get out while I was at work. In the end, they did exceptional quality work at a fair price. I would use them again in an instant.

We had an unfortunate septic tank backup over the Thanksgiving holiday. We reached out to 380 Companies on Monday morning and Ryan Olson was at our home within 30 minutes or so.Ryan looked over the damage and had his crew there by 11:00AM the same day. By the end of the day Tuesday the crew had completed all the cleaning, disinfecting and demo of effected drywall & such. Drying took a few more days but the crew will come daily to move the drying equipment & take moisture readings.The professionalism the whole crew showed was amazing. After each days work they cleaned up any dust or debris from the demo. They also each day as they left the job, even wiping down the wood steps/floors behind them as to not even leave a foot print behind.380 Companies mitigation team is a 5+ team!

380 Comapnies really took care of us and helped us work with Insurance to get an accurate assessment of damage and get the work completed for what insurance was paying. Scott himself handled my estimation with the main estimator on vacation at the time and i really admire the involvement all the way from the top down. Randy was the project manager assigned to our job and he was great. Randy was very responsive and did a great job at coordinating all of our repairs and subcontractors to get us back whole in as timely a manner as possible. I had a great experience working with every subcontractor they hired and felt every bit of work which was done was quality work. 380 Companies arrived within an hour when I called at 8:30 p.m. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that flooded the hardwood floor in the kitchen and rooms in the basement. Ryan knew exactly what to do, explained what his plan was, and had the equipment he needed to save the floor. 380 Companies protected my carpet at the entry way and stairs with adhesive protective film before they brought any equipment in. I was impressed by this. No doubt they would be the first company I would recommend for a disaster!

We used 380 Companies for a house fire. They were out the same day to see what the extent of the fire was. They worked well with our insurance (Farm Bureau). They were out cleaning very quickly. The company knows who to call to ensure the jobs are done correctly. They did their best to help with any odd issues we were having (needing a hole fixed because a blizzard was coming). We’re so thankful for the 380 crew! We had a faulty piece on an upstairs toilet that caused a slow leak that had been occurring for quite some time. The water damaged the bathroom flooring and the ceiling in our family room below. The crew arrived promptly to assess the damage and make recommendations on how to fix things. The next day, they arrived to get equipment set up so everything could begin drying out before the reconstruction could begin. Throughout the whole process, which took several weeks, at least one member of the crew was at our house daily to check on things and keep us updated. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, always asked if we needed help with anything else or had any questions, and paid great attention to detail. Ryan Olson contacted me immediately after leaving a voicemail about my water damage from a heavy rainstorm. He came that day to access the damage and started the ball rolling. Ryan consistently followed up with me on the progress and came back to check on the workers that were assigned to tear out the damaged items. We had a fire in our house and were totally taken care of by Todd and Mark at 380 Companies Disaster Services. They always listened to all our needs, communicated with us in a timely manner, made adjustments when we had specific preferences, and just overall made us feel that we were in good hands. They worked with our insurance company to make the process flawless and easy for us. They had the trained eyes to see the depth of work that needed to happen in our home to fully restore it, which our untrained eyes were unable to notice (specifically extensive smoke damage all the way to the attic, which effected plumbing and electricity). Water damage cleanup & sanitization.INCREDIBLY FAST response! Professional, kind and caring! Hard working people! I had a clean water flood that they cleaned incredibly fast, then less than a week later a sewage backup that was more extensive. I watched them in both instances and they handled the situations beautifully! I hope I never need their services again, but I would definitely hire them again if needed!

Recently had severe water damage in a very old house due to weather damage to the roof. Spoke with Ryan with 380 who handles the mitigation . They immediately set up for asbestos testing and removal, as common in the old houses. Once the asbestos was removed Ryan and his crew came in the next day and started the demo process.
