I hired Affordable Pro to replace the siding on my house because the high winds we've had recently blew my siding off and I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. From start to finish they were happy to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. I interacted with Dave, Tina, and Megan and they were all wonderful people willing to go above and beyond. My house looks like a whole different house now and I just love it! We had old composite wood siding and old windows. We had some damage from the derecho and had Affordable Pro do our siding and windows.They were INCREDIBLE to work with. The communication was amazing, the crews that did the work were fantastic! They even stayed late some nights and came on Saturday mornings to complete the job! A previous contractor was scheduled for replacing the roof on my detached garage but left me hanging and then ended up backing out of the job stating that the job was not large enough for them to take. Affordable Pro Roofing offers absolutely unbelievable speed, high quality workmanship and service! Roofing crew arrived at a 6:45 in the morning and started started tearing off by 7. They were gone before 3 the same afternoon beating the winter storm and the cold weather. I went to work in the morning and when I got home that afternoon everything was perfect, completely cleaned up and just as I had left it except for I had a brand new roof on my house. Dave was great when we were initially debating siding and roofing. We decided to engage Affordable Pro and we have been satisfied with the work.Now that the work is done, we have had some fascia come lose. I have called Dave numerous times as well as one of his contractors. I cannot seem to get them to call me back. I have had to climb on my roof and staple the fascia back up. I need them to come fix it properly, but they do not return my calls.

I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent.- He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.)- His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and demonstrated fair pricing.- Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so.- He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great.- There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess.- I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. My experience is that they provide fair pricing, trustworthy advice, and quality work.

I talked to the owner last week to get an estimate, and the same day he was able to look at my roof, and give me an estimate. He was cheaper than the other estimates I acquired, so I decided to go with them. The new roof looks awesome, and they did a really good job of cleaning everything up. The crew showed up on time, and got to work right away. By the time I got off work, they were gone, and everything was completely finished. Great work at a great price!
