We had one small issue that was quickly taken care of the same day that I contacted them. I appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. I have watched him train several associates in the last couple of years he has been coming, and that too is top notch. He has went above and beyond at my home: tankless water heater, water softener, completely new drains and bathroom plumbing downstairs and up, basement shower, toilets, and most recently brand new upstairs sink and vanity. I was a bit put off by the fact I had called for the appointment and was told a service tech would be calling between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M. but I had no call and had to call again to check and was told there was no record of my original request. I expected more professional service.

Cortney did a great job in expeditiously inspecting and maintaining my water heater, and replacing an outdoor leaky water faucet. He also installed an inside, inline cutoff valve to protect the water line from freezing or bursting during cold water. He presented options for the sump pump, and a water conditioner. First time I've used this service and will definitely use it again. I attempted to replace the bathtub faucet until I got to a point where it was beyond me, so I called Benjamin Franklin. Randy was professional, gave me my options and talked about the best route to go. After I agreed, he replaced it easily and quickly, having the part already in his truck. He even went through some tips on how to adjust things as needed before he left. Excellent service!

This morning, Hunter Engstrom arrived to our aesthetics studio to handle some drainage issues we were having. I'm updating my review for this company as of 4/9/24. They were super willing to take my money, but once they were paid they've ignored me.While the work they do may be good, their office/followup is costing me thousands of dollars with my insurance company.I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a statement of problems from their last visit so I can finish up my insurance claim and I've been ignored 3+ times now.All I can say is don't rely on them if you are going to need anything for insurance purposes.

Customer service top notch. Cory gets 5 ot of 5 stars. Unfortunately Cory was redoing work another one of his associates didn't do properly 6 years ago. At the time i was unaware but Cory did it correctly only wish Ben Franklin office could of priced job better since only reason it was needed was because of one of their guys previously. I understand it didn't fail right away but a better price would of gone along way. I will spare you all the pictures but long story short orginal job flange was cut where it shouldn't have and caused seal to bad. But other than that great.

Benjamin Franklin came to my house to repair clogged toilet on Saturday 912.00...$912.00 dollars and 2 days later on Tuesday I was in exactly same boat.. clogged toilet .... I will never recommend them.. they came Tuesday snd said thry would have to charge me again if I wanted them to work on it....He'll no.. I called city sewer got charged 285.00 and all is good now... don't use Benjamin Franklin.Unless you have money to just give away cuz that's what's happens.. you give them money and I got nothing in return.. have a good day

Holy moly the prices are out of the ball park.$400+ to swap a simple flush valve. Please ask them what they will be charging before they do the work because if you wait until they are done you better have them Benjamin Franklins ready to spend. Could have just gotten a brand new toilet at that point.Wayyyyyyy too over priced.
