CHM is amazing! I was desperate for snow removal after several other companies were a no-show. I wish I would have known about them initially and contacted them first. They are hard workers and do business the old school way. You can definitely count on them to do what they say they will do. Communication was superb and they are super reasonable. Now this is customer service! I contacted CHM for some work at two different locations. Their immediate answer was "I can have a member of my team out to look at it today." In both circumstances they wanted to make sure we were happy. Their follow up is outstanding, and I recommend CHM whole-heartedly.
