I know everyone is frustrated with the 2020 April hailstorm and the Derecho, but I'm glad I waited with patience and had them install my new roof. After my insurance claim was received, they were able to install a new roof within the insurance guidelines and had it done in less than 6 hours. They use top-quality products so I know my roof will be in good shape for whatever Mother Nature throws at us. Everything from the initial contact to paperwork to completion went great. We contracted with Deneve in May of 2020. They did the roof but not the siding. They kept saying the siding was ordered, but hadn't arrived. Then they sent a bill in March of 2022 saying the price increase would be over $12,000 because the prices went up (even though they had assured us 1 year before the siding had been ordered and received). The higher bill was received in late March of 2022, in late April we found out that the siding work had been sold to another company, and that the new company will be doing the work for us at the original price soon. Deneve did a good job on the roof, but we have had 2 years of waiting with a non-responsive contractor, with a signed contract. Don't bother contracting with them, unless you like to wait.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

We called with a question of a possible leak during that last horrible storm. They got right back to us. Luckily it wasn’t a roof leak. However, they put the roof on our old house and the house we currently own. Their prices were fair and the roofing team performed safely and professionally.
