Our experience with Infinity has been horrible and I wouldn't recommend working with this company to ANYONE.We reached out to Infinity to install our roof and replace our siding after the storm in 2020. Although the roofing installation went OK we ran into nothing but trouble with the siding. At the end of the season in 2020, we were told by our Project Manager, Michael, that our siding was purchased and sitting in a warehouse with the plan to be one of the first to have siding up in the spring of 2021. Michael even worked with our insurance company to get them to agree to replace all our siding. We thought everything was running smoothly. At that time, we also got Infinity two additional roof jobs from our referral and never saw the referral bonus of 250$ per roof that was promised to us!Spring rolled around and Infinity's story changed. Saying that the subcontractor they work with for siding hasn't been returning calls, that they don't believe siding was ever purchased, and that we could work with their subcontractor directly or find someone else to do the siding job if we wanted. After that Infinity completed ghosted us and after 3 weeks of talking to their receptionists I still cannot get Infinity to call us back and we learned that our 'case' was closed with them even though the job wasn't finished. We called the subcontractor that Michael provided to us and told them we were NOT comfortable moving forward with them without Infinity's involvement since they weren't returning our calls either. Both Infinity and this subcontractor spoke very very poorly of each other and we no longer knew who to believe or what was going on.I would never ever recommend this company to anyone again. Horrible horrible customer service and left us hanging with an incomplete job. It disgusts me that companies can treat customers like this and continue to operate.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

I used Infinity Roofing to replace the roof on my house and garage after the Derecho storm in August 2020. With such widespread damage to so many houses I was afraid I would not get it repaired before winter. John McLeod was very helpful and took care of everything with the insurance company. The crew arrived on time , did a fantastic job and the clean up was amazing. John McLeod was very professional, punctual and performed a thorough inspection. I had multiple contactors say they would show up, but didn't.l! I had 3 other contactors ask for money up front, one even wanted 25% of my claim even if they didn't approve my damage just for showing up to do the inspection! John and his team weren't pushy, they were honest and I can't stress this enough, they actually showed up! John, was the most reliable contractor I'd found locally. John did roofs for multiple friends and family, they were all pleased with the outcome. 5 stars doesn't do a justice for them. I would give a 1/2 star if an option. Right after the Derecho they were quick to come out and establish communication and see what needed to be done. Then, nothing! Poor communication, almost next to nothing. We have sent a dozen emails, texts and phone calls. All went unanswered, my guess is that our job is not big enough compared to others.A good company would communicate regardless of the outcome. No integrity - would not use!
