We were more than happy with the work that Adrian and his crew did for us! Pella originally scheduled us for a 4 day install, and the entire job (9 windows and sliding patio door) was completed in two days!! They were able to work around our 13 year old dog with minimal issues, and were very professional in how they explained things to two people who know very little about construction and window replacement. One window had unforeseen issue, and Adrian was more than happy to walk us through troubleshooting and fixing the window ourselves.

Adrian is very professional at what he does. He manages his crew well and delivers on his promises and our expectations. He was very understanding any any slight problems or issues that we had and showed up personally to take care of them. The end result and finished product has been our favorite part of the whole experience. The top tier customer service didn’t end when the job was done either. He is still responsive and eager to help with any questions I have long after work was done. If I had another property, I wouldn’t hesitate to give him another call for future work.

After the siding replacement the company representative and I walked down all the repairs to make sure the repairs met both of our expectations. Final Edit:The owner called and said he handled the discrepancy with their internal processes that missed this payment. My warranty has been reinstated. Appreciated the transparency from Adrian.Update:I was extremely disappointed to receive a letter from Pella Windows that they were not paid for the product that we purchased through United Windows and Siding. Now we have no warranty on brand new windows. The bill was paid back in May to them so there’s really no excuse for this. Due to this, I’m reducing my review to 3 stars.Previous:We needed to replace quite a few windows that had broken seals and/or glass. I gathered seven quotes from different companies in the area and United Windows & Siding was very competitive, had better timelines and much more variety of selection available to them. They were fabulous to work with! Adrian was incredibly responsive and attentive during instal, provided great guidance on brands to look at and ultimately was more cost-competitive without sacrificing quality. The team that showed up was respectful of our home and efficient. Ultimately, the timing was much faster than other contractors and we couldn't be happier to have our new windows done!Service: Window installation

We had united windows and siding replace our windows in our attic and it has made a vast improvement in appearance and keeping the house temperature more regulated. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town for this service! They were fast, knowledgeable professionals and really kind. 10/10

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are scammers, take your money, promise you work then never show up or call. We’ve now been ghosted after them promising us a refund in 14 days SIX WEEKS AGO. We signed our contract for new windows in September of LAST YEAR and patiently waited as Adrian promised us multiples different completion dates. Still no windows + now still no refund. Will be going to court. Please save yourself from this horrible situation we are now in, with no money to get new windows we DESPERATELY need, as our children’s room windows are broken so the elements are a huge problem for them. We spent many days this summer sleeping in the basement because it was too hot to be upstairs due to the broken windows. All because Adrian took our money, overbooked himself and won’t refund his clients for work that was never completed. So so so disappointed and praying this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I'm unsure if the 4.9 reviews over 30+ users is real or purchased reviews... As I've done a bit of digging, I have uncovered reports of, not only scamming customers out of money (myself included), but also failing to pay contractors for work performed. Be very cautious when dealing with United Windows and Siding.

They went to battle the insurance company ,they answered questions(alot) .when they say they are here for the long haul .They werent kidding. Cant wait for our windows to get in!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with United Windows and Siding (I think there are length limits to Google reviews!). From the beginning, I could tell that this was who I wanted for the replacement of all my windows and a sliding glass door. Adrian was always prompt and very informative about everything involved with the job. He also really seemed to want to get to know us in order to suggest the best possible products for my house.His installation crew was top notch. They really seemed to respect my house and took every precaution before replacing the windows. And afterwards, they left my house even cleaner than when they started!! They were very polite and answered all the questions I did have and were not afraid to take the time to do the best possible job.I could almost tell right away a difference the windows and sliding door made because it kept my house much warmer than the old ones. Had a great experience using this contractor on my siding. The entire process was run smoothly by Adrian. He made sure the work was done quickly, and done to the highest possible standard.We also thought their estimate was the most reasonable, and he worked with the insurance company to get us the best deal and the most bang for our buck. Typically, you get what you pay for. This company was extremely competitive in their estimate and the level of craftsmanship was extraordinary.Crews worked hard and fast and cleanup was excellent. When we filed with our insurance for hail damage, we weren’t sure if anything would come of it. We called a couple of contractors, and Adrian was by far the most enthusiastic to get the job done. He came out to look at our home and actually found a few other things that were affected by hail. He took great pictures for us to submit, and created a very in depth and thorough report for our insurance. He also knew what the next step in the insurance process would be and was proactive about starting it before the insurance company even asked for it. It is always a time consuming struggle when dealing with insurance, but Adrian continued checking in with us, advocating for us, and supporting us through the insurance claims process. Once the claim was approved, Adrian wasted no time in getting the work done we needed. He was quick to respond to any question, and worked hard to get the job done. He scheduled our siding installation quickly, and his team came out soon after. Any time we had a question, Adrian was quick to answer and to explain anything that was unclear. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs work on their home done, and would 1,000% recommend him if you are looking at United for your home renovation needs.

They helped so much with handling insurance and getting the funds we needed from them to repair our derecho damage, brand new siding throughout. I met Adrian at Aluminum Siding Distributors struggling to get a sample for our insurance adjuster. He helped me like he worked there and I actually mistook him as an employee. He informed me that he was the owner of United Windows and Siding. I expressed my frustration with getting quotes from other contractors and he immediately followed me to my home to put together a quote for our siding. His very detailed estimate alleviated any pushback from State Farm. Adrian was able to track down a color choice that we really wanted, not just what was available immediately. We weren’t expecting to have beautiful new siding on our home just three weeks after meeting with him. His dedicated and skillful crew ensured that we couldn’t be happier with the way our home has completely transformed. His support of military families also made the whole deal even better by working out a discount for us.

United replaced all 9 windows and resided my house. Their pricing was competitive and work was completed on schedule. While the windows were being installed a couple minor issues were discovered with the my homes window framing. United found ways to work around and fix these issues, while still keeping on schedule and not altering the budget. I've worked with a lot of contractors, and United is among the most responsive, reliable, and straightforward I have worked with.
