Bought a new challenger from here…From trade to delivery I am very pleased..Kareem and I were only talking on the phone about a possible car deal..... not only did he find me a great challenger but got me a good number on my trade (classic car). John the sales manager walked us through the entire car and we felt completely comfortable in it right away... had them transfer our vintage tags and the car was delivered to our home the afternoon Kareem promised it would be! BTW, Wayne, the delivery man was the coolest guy; treated the car with white gloves!... great job team. we will be back for a 2500HD when trade in time comes.

I enjoyed my experience at Sky Auto very much. Everybody was very friendly and patient with me while I contemplated my purchase. Like any car sale, there was some pressure, but they were so personable during it I couldn't even be mad about it. In the end, I wound up with a vehicle I am very much enjoying at a price that worked with my budget.

Let me tell you... these lovely people I highly recommend and adore. They were so amazing. They treated you with so much respect and dignity. Im rebuilding my credit, I didn't have money for a down payment, I didn't have a trade in, and they still worked with me and were able to work magic and put me in one of my dream cars. They were quick, easy and even offered us pizza. I never leave reviews, but for these guys I will any day all day and will definitely buy again from them. My kids are already looking (:/) lol. Thank you to everyone in that store who laughed, joked, for being down to earth and putting me in my dream car.

Our first time at Sky Auto was very stress free!! Met with Jacob and Ryan and they were top notch! They asked us about what we were looking for and offered to show us anything we were interested in! The financial process was so relaxed and stress free! Ryan worked with us to come to a payment and warranty that worked for us without making us feel uncomfortable. We never felt pressured or not in control. Everyone was extremely pleasant and respectful even took us on a tour of their service center. Couldn’t be happier with our truck buying experience!

I honestly can't say enough great things about the service department. I bought my RAM from another dealership a short time ago and started hearing noises in the engine. Was able to get it in pretty quick here and they took care of all the extended warranty work and made it as simple for me as possible due to my hectic schedule. When I came to pick it up yesterday they were able to accommodate me further as I was able to speak directly with the mechanic and ask some questions about the work done. Terrific customer service and just a comfortable atmosphere! I found my new dealership! Again, Thank you!!!

Let's see... as for buying a new truck it was a great, awesome experience. Large selection, to choose from, if they didn't have it they could've gotten it. Pretty easy, to work with, with good prices. Austin the car salesman, Ryan the sales manager, and Mike H the GM was very accommodating to our wants and needs. Makes you feel a little better to send money on your forever truck. I would recommend Sky auto mall in center point for your buying needs. We will be back

First time there, after setting an appointment and driving 90m to get there, the truck was in the shop and wasn't even the same model they advertised on the webpage. I gave them a second chance after speaking to the GM, Mike, and went back with the intention of buying one they had advertised, until they jacked up the price $1100 for "detailing and prepping the truck as well as covering any costs for service we may have to cover in the future"-his words. They also tried to add on insurance "in case my catalytic converter was stolen" and paint protection for $1000 each. He took those off when I said no, but not the $1100 "prep".I said I wasn't willing to pay an extra grand of blue sky over their asking price, he said that he couldn't remove it because "then they'd have to do it for everyone". So I wasted 2 trips, over 3 hours drive time and several hours there. Hopefully you'll see this and not do the same. Yes, they have good prices on the web page, but they WILL NOT sell you the vehicle for that price. Also while I was there I pointed out another truck that was a rebel they had incorrectly advertised as a more expensive power wagon. His response- "someone else does the computer advertising, it happens". Id avoid this dealership at ALL costs.

I have been looking for a Chrysler Pacifica for a while now I happened to see a couple at Sky Auto Mall. We came up today and John helped us as we test drove a different one that had a few more features and less miles than the original Pacifica I was looking at. They managed to make a pretty great deal that I hadn’t found elsewhere! John and Doug are great sales guys. We had a GREAT experience with them! This was my first time buying from a dealership outside of my hometown dealer ship that I go through and it was the greatest experience. I didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable, they worked with me and got me what I was looking for! Thank you again so much for all you guys did today! Definitely go here if you’re needing a new or used vehicle you will be so happy you did.

I bought a used vehicle in November, and remarked that the a/c wasn't blowing as cold as I would expect. Since it was still cool, I looked past it. In Feb when it got to 70 degrees. I turned on the air and it was blowing hot. I took it to my mechanic and he told me there was a massive leak in the a/c condenser and the estimate was about 800.00. I got it fixed but I called the dealership to see if they would do anything for me. Even though I had no warranty, Mike Svboda made it right. Thanks for helping out and going the extra mile.

Easiest purchase we've ever had. Everyone was so nice.Looking forward to working with them again. Would recommend them to all our friends. Love the truck!!Edit 3/20/24 truck is sitting 200 miles away at a dealer. Completely died on us coming home from vacation. Dodge sent a tow truck but left us sitting to find our own way home. Now told will possibly take a full month to get fixed, oh and did i mention it is a 2024 and not even had a oil change yet. So frustrated. Home dealership said its not their problem. We'll have to find a way to get all our luggage and contents and then drive there a second time to pick it up since they won't deliver to us either.

John was amazing! The whole staff is amazing. This place does the best they can with what you ask and really do go above and beyond. At least check it out. You'll end up buying. We barely had anything to put down, only the trade in and they worked with us to make it work. They even offer a substantial powertrain warranty on most of their vehicles. The first time we went, we left with nothing because what they had offered didn't work with us at the time. But as soon as something became available with our asks John and Tyrese worked really hard to make it work and we left with what we didn't realize was our dream vehicle. After twenty years of dealing with dealerships, this is the ONLY dealership I will ever work with. My ultimate life goal is to walk off a lot with a brand new car. This is the place it is happening at. Cannot say enough John and Ty.

I would recommend Sky Auto Mall to anyone! I appreciate the simple honest negotiating. They stand behind their vehicles too. I asked to take a vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection before I bought it. They said absolutely. They knew their vehicles were ready to go! They were right. My mechanic looked over the vehicle, asked how much we agreed to, and said absolutely, that's a great deal!

I make 11 dollars an hour and an lucky to work 4 days a week, yet Austin Derrick and his team at Sky Auto Mall were able to make a 2019 mitsubishi Mirage G4 possible for me to own. 10/10 would recommend this place!!!
