RDC received our deposit on our almost 50K bedroom/bathroom project back in fall of 2022. We were told they are super backed up and that it be a good part into 2023 for the actual project to take place. Long story short after minimal communication and the last from them being we will contact you with about a 3 week notice before the project starts. We finally decided waiting for them wasn’t worth it. So December 2023 I requested a refund via email minus the 350 in their contract. Gary from RDC calls me, tells me he had to look me up because he thought it was a different customer that had just paid their deposit. And that they had forgotten about US as customers!! And that they could start our project next month now. I informed Gary we would like our refund and that we’d keep them in mind for the future. Mistakes happen, I get it. We received the refund minus the 350 as per their contract. I waited a few weeks and emailed Gary that it was poor taste to keep the 350 of customers you FORGOT about, but have yet to hear or receive the 350 back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend someone who forgets about a 50K remodel project and then keeps the 350 cause it’s in their contract. Shame on you RDC and I hope anyone reading this finds someone else to spend their hard earned money with.

In Spring of 2015 my wife and I decided to hire Remodeling Dreams Construction to do hail repairs on our home. In the 4 years since, we’ve encountered an endless list of problems with their repairs, costing us tens of thousands of dollars. The roofing, siding, painting, windows, and gutters have failed in the time since.On the roof, ridge vents were installed improperly according to manufacturer’s reps. Vents and Vent Stacks were mounted crooked (Still apparent) and also painted terribly (Also still painfully apparent). The Vent stacks damaged by the storm weren’t replaced, either. The roof also was not flashed properly, causing water damage to siding. Siding less than 3 years old was rotting and had to be replaced.The siding on my house was replaced and did not match the existing siding. The clips that cover the butt joints weren’t installed. When I asked about them, I was told they weren’t available anymore. When I had RDC’s work replaced, the new contractor matched the new siding to the old, and included the clips which I was told were no longer available.The paint on my house does not match. I’m reminded every time I pull into my driveway and see a patchwork paint job. While RDC was still doing the job, they sent an invoice requesting final payment. Their painters had only painted half of what was required and there was a laundry list of other repairs yet to be finished, but they requested final payment, anyway.Years after the fact, I’m being told by other contractors I’ve hired to repair the work that the caulking was also unprofessional and done very badly – the wrong caulk was used, so it’s already cracking and letting water into siding and trim less than 2 years after its application. My home will need to be re-sided and re-caulked where Remodeling Dreams Construction did some of their repairs.A window that was installed remains cracked in my living room. The trim around many of the exterior windows still show obvious hail damage years later and look terrible.The gutters failed so catastrophically that they filled one of my exterior wall cavities with water. This issue was made painfully apparent a year or two after RDC “finished” the job and my siding had begun rotting from the inside out and peeling away from my house. To be fair, Jeff came out with his crew and tried to fix it. They left it unpainted, un-caulked and with nails protruding from the newly installed siding. Yes, I have pictures. One of the downspouts was placed so it dumped water next to the foundation of my house, instead of diverting it away, which is the entire purpose of downspouts. Many of the downspouts were falling from their mountings at the end of their fourth year. It was awful.Even when I called them to fix their mistake, it was absolutely terrible and shoddy work no craftsman would put their name on. Giving Remodeling Dreams Construction a second chance actually cost me even more money, since I had to hire someone to come redo the gutters, roofing, siding, caulking, and painting they left undone.In the 4 years since I’ve hired Remodeling Dreams Construction, there has been nothing but regret for me. It has cost us thousands of dollars to fix their multitude of mistakes. I was initially sold on promises of quality work and workmanship and received anything but. I’ve debated on posting my experience, but I believe potential customers should be made aware of just what they might be getting into; and just how costly it can be financially and emotionally. I would advise just staying away.

Jeff and Gary have done a lot for us on our last 2 homes. They have done windows, doors, roofs, skylights, gutters, siding, and painting and did a great job with all of it! Highly recommend them!!!

We have had RDC do several home updates including Everlast siding, a deck and window replacement among other odds and ends. They are awesome! They do excellent work. The crew shows up when they say they are going to and complete the work in a timely fashion. They are professional and trustworthy. We look forward to future home improvement projects with them!

We had RDC restore the outside of our house after some severe storm damage. They replaced all the siding with a new product which is beautiful and durable. They also replaced the roof and 21 windows. They did excellent work and were wonderful to work with. They schedule a time to do the work and they are there. If weather or other issues come up they call, let you know they wont be there and reschedule. Never worked with a construction company with such great customer service.

We have used RDC now on 4 different projects, the most recent being our complete Kitchen Renovation. From start to finish the process has been smooth. After the estimate was received by Jeff I had several questions. Jeff was always very responsive by email to every question I had and helped me through the process. When it came time for the project to start ALL of the guys did an excellent job!! If I had questions Gary was the person to answer them. I knew I could reach him by email or phone at any time.  RDC finished our Kitchen within the timeline they stated, on budget, and made the process so stress free for us. I could not recommend RDC enough to people. This business truly does AMAZING work, at an affordable price.

During construction they were very respectful of us as well as our home. They also showed up to work when they were scheduled to be here. The kitchen is now complete and it is exactly what we wanted.We were so pleased with RDC we are working with them on planning the next project for our home.

We cannot say thank you enough to Gary and his team on our remodeling project which consisted of three bathrooms and replacement of our floor in the kitchen, family room and entry way along with the exterior of our fireplace. We used Remodeling Dreams Construction for our main floor remodel. They did the kitchen, a bathroom, dining room, living room and hearth room. Pretty much everything was replaced or renewed. They did a great job. Everything looked amazing. My wife did the design details, while Jeff Feinup (owner of RDC) helped with assembling everything to look how we wanted it to look. I was really impressed. They came in exactly on time and on budget. I did not think that kind of thing happened in construction. The house looks better than we could have possibly imagined and we are grateful for all of the work their team put in. A few other things of note: The staff involved was very courteous. They treated the members of the family with respect and answered any questions we had. They cleaned. After each work day, they cleaned up. As you can imagine, work sites get dirty, this was no exception. They always swept up or vaccumed each day. Tools and materials were always put away or stored appropriately. After the project was done, they even hired a cleaning person to clean our whole home! We are thankful for the work this team did, and we will be hiring them again for additional renovations.

RDC lets their work speak for them. Read that sentence again.We requested a quote after seeing RDC renovating a house in our neighborhood. Their quote was lower than the competition and included all requested services (other quotes required us to juggle multiple contractors to perform the tasks). Jeff and Gary saw the projects through from start to finish, and the crews were quick, professional, and meticulously cleaned up after each day’s activities. We later learned that another neighbor hired RDC after seeing our renovation!

We had RDC remodel our kitchen and dining room, including an Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Tile floor for both rooms. After some time, we started experiencing problems with the flooring. RDC stepped right up, contacted Armstong, and was told to lay a pad underneath. Took up the floor, layed the pad, then reinstalled the floor, replacing the bad planks. After they finished we all realized that the replacement planks had a different finish. Armstrong discontinued the type of flooring we had because they were having problems with it. RDC got them to replace the flooring with a new and better type of LVT, and came back again, took out the old and installed the new, and it looks great.Cannot say enough good things about RDC. Will definitely use them on any future projects.

Rdc installed 4 windows in our house there pricing was very reasonable and Jeff was easy to work with and was on time for our appointment and had my bid to me the same day.We only installed 2 windows at a time so this was not a big job for them but they still wanted our business.Gary and his guys did a great job installing the windows they put down tarps on our floors and had the windows in in no time and cleaned up everything .I highly recommend RDCThanks Bill Payne
