We had the best first time experience with Rhoni Hartsock with Ameri-pro, picking out our siding and gutters for the house! I would recommend Rhoni too everyone to have her come check out your property. As for Ameripro main office there was some miscommunication and very little information explained. As for Rhoni she help communicate the concerns and help solve the problem. Way to go Rhoni for the best experience overall!

Daniel Kipper and AmeriPro were incredibly fast, easy to work with and took care of me and my family’s home with care. From my first consultation with them to the day they fixed my roof, I had no troubles and I felt as though they were very attentive to me. Late last year we had our 30 year old siding replaced by AmeriPro. I was impressed how they worked with our insurance and basically took care of keeping us informed on the planThey worked with us to pick the replacement siding including viewing a virtual look at various options. They took are of the order and arranging for getting a very full crew out to do the replacement in just a few days. Great working crew including very good clean up.We are very happy with the new siding.Would have no problem recommending AmeriPro and working with Jake.

Our siding was damaged in a hail storm. Joe did a great job walking us through the process of filing a claim with our home insurance. He was very knowledgeable when we had questions. Was very quick to respond. He also was very patient in showing us different sidings.Kiel specifically assisted us in filing the claim with our insurance. He was in constant communication. We also really appreciated his knowledge and patience as we dealt with the claims process. Would highly recommend them.

Andy worked with tenants to make sure they knew the construction timelines and when everything was going to be completed. I wish we would have never gotten are roof done by these people. We have nothing but problems getting damaged that they did fix and the guy they sent out here Andy is a lier and well not go up In a crawl area of a house. But we'll tell them that he did. I have been dealing with this for over a year and they still have not fix it. Look at these pictures. Of my wall from this hole on my roof. I would not.let them do anything to your.house.

We worked both Rhoni. She was absolutely amazing. She came out last year and got everything going. We got approved for siding on house and garage. The workers were very polite and cleaned up everything each night before they left. We had the best crew working on our project. Rhoni was outstanding and handled everything she was able to. If you need your house or garage looked at please choose Rhoni. But don't let her talk you into that ugly green color (just kidding) lol we got the Everest which is a bluish color. We love it.

I’d like to share our experience with Ameriprise Roofing in Clinton Iowa. We started out with a problem with our homeowners insurance. I was told to contact Rhoni Hartsoc who would help direct us for our new roof. Although insurance hardly paid anything we went with your company who took very good care of us. Our contractor was working at our home and said your guys were very professional and neat covered up all our new landscaping and walked the property st least 6 times nothing left behind.
