Just fantastic people to work with. Jim and Mark treated us like part of the family. From our first meeting with Jim he took the lead on everything. He had to deal with a rather difficult insurance company and got us everything we needed . Mark was great at getting things scheduled and following up to make sure it all got done correctly. They were easy to work with and always answered their phones. The workmen that completed the various projects were great. Always professional and cleaned up everyday, courteous, and very skilled.We’ve worked with Centennial beforeand again on this major project ( roof-siding- gutters- and two doors installed).If and when we ever need help again they will always be our first ( and probably only)call.

Jim is great to work with and is a great communicator. Mark on the other hand called me a liar (over the phone) during a dispute when he misunderstood what I was saying. When it got sorted out and it was evident I was not lying I never received an apology.As a follow-up to Mark's reply, he is again mistaken regarding what I said as he made assumptions before I even said anything and is again calling a liar but has yet to say any of this to my face. I said I bought a new camera since what they provided was potentially hazardous and not up to the factory specifications. I never installed the new camera. As anyone who's installed a doorbell camera would know, what would make more sense, to simply replace a single screw or replace an entire doorbell and go through the steps of deleting and adding a new camera? These are the holes in his story. It took several days to get a reply back but as soon as I said I was going to post a review on Google i immediately received a call. It seems Mark cares more about his Google rating than actually helping customers. I don't care if this review gives or costs them customers, this is my honest review and recount of the events. The only reason I was a repeat customer was because of Jim. The only reason I was an initial customer was because Foley Construction had a huge wait list. In retrospect I should've just waited. Mark, keep your cookies.

I worked with Mark an Jim on repairing the siding damage we had from the derecho damage. They did a fabulous job. They worked well with us and our insurance to get the job done. They were patient with my never ending questions, since they were working with supply shortages thanks to the many storms and pandemic. In the end the house looks like a brand new place! My neighbors have stopped to tell us the same thing. I posted photos of the before and after work. We’ve had a water leak in our fireplace for over a year. First we had the roofer’s come back and fix it with no success. Then we called a heating and cooling company they replaced the covering on the chimney was still leaking after multiple calls we found Centennial they came out and looked the area over then sealed everything around the chimney. They did a fantastic job and we no longer have a leak.

We can't say enough good things about Centennial Home Constrution! They installed new siding on the entire house. Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was easy. Jim and Mark were thorough with explanations on the installation process, material ordering, installation scheduling, and worked with our insurance carrier to ensure everything was covered. Their crew arrived as scheduled, completing the tear-off, installation, and clean up without a problem. As the project was completed, the entire siding installation was inspected by Centennial. Mark of Centennial had several concerns and sent the crew back the following day to fix those issues. Talk about a company that takes care of their customers, this is the one! Our house looks fantastic!

I needed a small repair job on our siding and door after I built a new deck. I started looking for someone in June. I called many places and usually got "we cannot answer the phone at this time, please leave your number and we will call you". Well guess what, mostly no callback. If they did call, they did not want to do a small job, they wanted to side the whole house. I found Centennial Home Improvement in our Church Bulletin. I called them in Dec.and to my surprise I got a "live person"on the phone. We discussed my project and she took all the information. Within a few hours I got a callback and set up a date and time for them to come out and give me a bid. They were on time and gave me a bid on the spot. We agreed and set up a date and time for the repair. The day before the work was to be done Mark came by and delivered the material. ( he called before he arrived to make sure we were home and set up a time ). They called the day that the work was to be done to let me know that they would be there and let me know what time. The work was completed on time and the quality of the work was excellent. The next day they came back to check on the work to make sure everything met my expectations. Of all the work I have done on the house during the 40 years we lived here, Centennial has been perhaps the most professional company I have dealt with. Their communications were outstanding. I highly recommend them anyone who wants a professional service with excellent communications. And best of all I got a box of cookies.

We had wood siding, and Centennial installed vinyl siding and trimmed all our windows in less than 48 hours. From start to finish, they communicated with us about each step in the process. They made sure everything was installed correctly, and even installed the shutters we painted ourselves and the light fixtures we chose. The end result was beautiful and our neighbors love it too. They took care to ensure it that we were happy with how everything turned out. Centennial takes pride in their work and takes care of their customers.

We received storm damage to siding on our home on Friday, March 31, 2023. I contacted several companies via email on Friday night to get estimates on the repairs. We did not expect to hear from anyone until Monday. Mark Richardson, owner of Centennial Home Improvement, contacted us Saturday morning April 1, 2023, and came out to our home later that day to inspect the damage. He was able to give us a quote that day and had someone come out on Monday to repair the damage. The work was excellent and his price was competitive. After the work was completed he came back to our home to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. His work and customer service is outstanding and we highly recommend Centennial Home Improvement.

A windstorm blew off some siding from near the roof of my house. Centennial Home Improvement were very quick to respond and get someone out to take a look at the damage and schedule time to fix it.
