As a first-time home owner, it's taken me a while to figure out the right people to work with on home maintenance and repairs. Sieren Roofing Services is who I will be using going forward for anything roof related. Working with Bob, I quickly realized that he was someone I could actually trust. There were at least four times when he explained to me how I could do something without having to pay him. When the problem turned out to be worse than he thought, he came out on a Sunday to take care of it, breaking up and removing an enormous ice dam that had formed.If you're looking for a roofer who actually cares about you and your roof, and isn't just trying to do a quick job so he can get an insurance payment and move on to the next house, Bob's your guy.

It has taken a bit for me to post—we started the process of looking for a new roof last fall(2023)… whew scary so much to know. From the owner to the crew- I felt comfortable. I felt like they were listening to our needs. Bob was in constant contact. When time came for choices I was asked- color, style, etc. The crew worked from sun up to past sun down. When everything was done I was asked about my opinion. I had a couple small observations and those were quickly and appropriately fixed. Great service and quality work. Our roof is beautiful . We were new to the area and new to owning a house, so we were unsure on who to call when our roof started leaking. SO glad we called, Sieren Roofing, they were able to schedule and have someone come out to inspect the roof quickly. They explained the issues and how they would go about fixing, and kept me in the loop about all repairs. Repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was more than fair. I haven't had a contractor for anything that did as good a job as Sieren roofing. They did the perfect roofing work. There was no litter or nails left anywhere. The employees were courteous and made a conscious effort to please the customer.

I work for a facility maintenance company named Addilan Group, and we struggle to find vendors who are willing to work with companies like ours to service our clients. When a client of ours asked us to find someone to clear their drains and gutters at their corporate location as well as repair holes in their walls from awning damage, Bob and his team were swift to respond. Once onsite, they found the issues reported by the site were not the cause of their drainage problems but instead sent extensive photos and videos highlighting where the issue originated from. They also charged a more than fair fee for them giving us such valuable information to supply our client. My agency hired Sierens Roofing for a large flat roof commercial building. Bob went the extra mile several times throughout the course of the project, specifically: he attended a board meeting in person to present findings and explain project details and timeline to our Board of Directors, kept in close contact with me throughout the project with progress reports, got the manufacturer to express ship correct materials when wrong color was sent, and ended up performing nearly all of the work himself due to crew shortage (despite his own persisting injury). He did all of this to ensure the work was done correctly and the project was completed on time. We were very impressed with Bob and Sieren Roofing. He is very detail oriented and walked us through the entire roofing process (including educating us on shingles and picking a good color), as well as working with the insurance company. He consulted us before any extras were necessary due to damaged sheathing and helped us to keep on budget.His crew was on time, worked extremely hard and was very conscientious about weather conditions, taking care of landscaping and cleanup.
