This company does not run a safe construction zone. I was involved in an accident in their construction zone that was caused by the pilot car driver and flagger, and even though myself, other witnesses accounts, and the police report of the accident all showed that they were to blame, they would not accept the responsibility. The supervisor arrived prior to the police officer and would not allow the flagger/pilot car driver to be interviewed by the police (for obvious reasons). They later submitted a written report signed by the flagger to their insurance company that was a complete fabrication. Because of this, the insurance company left us stuck with the bill, even though the police report stated otherwise.I doubt the owner knew anything about this, but the supervisor and employees definitely should have told the truth and been willing to accept responsibility for their actions.
